K9COLA Citizens for Off-Leash Areas K9COLA, Citizens for Off-Leash Areas, is a non-profit corporation that supports and promotes safe off-leash areas in and around Cedar Rapids and Marion, IA.

We support two off-leash dog parks, Cheyenne Off-Leash Dog Park and K9 Acres Off-Leash Dog Parks K9COLA is the users group for off-leash parks in the Cedar Rapids, Iowa metro area. We work in partnership with the City of Cedar Rapids Department of Parks & Recreation and encourage all dog lovers to get involved in park development and to volunteer to support our efforts! WOW! What an amazing K9Splash weekend! We are so happy with the turnout and saw nothing but happy wet dogs and smiling faces (and tired dogs walking out!). THANK YOU so much for coming. And a huge thank you to all of our volunteers and sponsors.
