The pics were mixed up yet the story of rescue of 2 Haynov grand- offspring is true. The person who rescued 2 of Haynov's grand offspring is asking for donations. She needs $500 to have a transport company take them to the Arabian Rescue and Education in Oregon City. I've already donated. Respond to this post and I will give you her number to Venmo her -- small donations add up. I have seen the geldings papers that she has and believe this is a legitimate request. ❤️ Perhaps someone will volunteer to transport them instead.

I am considering uploading my entire documentary about my injured horse that wouldn't give up and defeated almost insurmountable odds to become sound again. This movie was picked up by Horse TV and has been aired on Dish Network and DirecTV. I have received feedback that the injured horse, "Bunny", has been an inspiration to many. Finally!! As browsers are no longer supporting Flash videos, no one could view my beautiful horses on my web site. It took a while yet I converted all and substituted mp4s. Please let me know if I missed any. With over 100 pages on the site (I got carried away), it would be easy to miss one or 2.

Thanks to all who have liked Whispering Oaks Arabians. We feel more like a rescue site than a business these last several years, yet we adore our Arabian friends and are happy to support them any way we can. Our horses are healers; you need only to walk among them to feel that. We are so blessed to have them.

Sooo I now have a great volunteer assistant and after 2 stem cell treatments, I am ready to finally begin training of my last foal crop. Seems like forever, yet now the are past silliness.

Soooo, I've been quiet for awhile. Busy working on my Thesis for my MS in GIS -- have to do something to support my critters, as the horse business has taken a nosedive since the recession. Families that used to show together and ride trails together are now soccer homes. Sad because there is so much more to family interdependence with horses. I remember so well all of our family rides. Now I am teaching my grandkids and soon will be hitting the trails with them.

We just moved to a great ranch! The horses love their new pastures -- young boys are together (our one remaining Halynov line stallion with his 2 half brothers who have been gelded). Although we still have a few old timers who are great with the grandkids, we are in the process of training the last foal crop of Solstar, Romanov and Riverdance for their future rides. We recently sold one of the last offspring -- Romanza -- to Jason Zehendner. Congrats! We are still offering 2 of our geldings for sale -- they need to get going on the trails. They are sweet, affectionate, willing, and very smart! Should train easily.
