Usually the dog zoomies won’t last very long and will be over almost as soon as they began, and your dog will plonk themselves down for a much-needed rest.

Keep reading for the steps to teach your pup how to "high five" you on command!
Start with your dog in a sitting position.
Hold a treat in your closed fist and raiser your hand higher than your dog’s paw.
Say "High Five" and wait for your dog to lift their paw to touch your hand.
As soon as their paw touches your hand, open your hand and give them the treat along with praise.
Repeat this process, gradually phasing out the treat and relying more on the verbal command and praise.
