She is a soft-coated Wheaton terrier, is 13 y/o and weighs about 20 lbs. She has a microchip but was not wearing a collar. Her family is very worried. Her loving foster family is teaching how to be a house dog, she is potty trained, crate trained, knows sit, down and learning to to roll over and work with a clicker. her foster mom thinks she would be amazing at agility. We will be getting her spayed soon. Good things come in small packages and that definitely describes Helena. Do you recognize this scared, skinny little mama who was seen roaming around Fulton Road yesterday and today? Thankfully one of the wonderful Dogwood Animal Rescue volunteers was able to coax her and get her to safety. She was filthy, hungry, underweight and covered in fleas. She also recently nursed a litter and still has milk. This girl is very sweet and has now been scanned for a chip, bathed, vaccinated, wormed and treated for fleas. She will be in a foster home for the required 2 week stray hold should her family not be found.

Do you recognize this sweet boy? He was found on Lawndale road and Hwy 12 on Wednesday, 1/4/17. He jumped right into his Finder's car with them. He has No collar, No chip, and he is intact. His finders have been trying to locate his family. They will be taking him to Sonoma Pets Lifeline today if his family isn't found.

Jack suffers from Epilepsy and needs medication 2 times a day. He went missing last night Tuesday, 10/11/16, from his home in the Santa Rosa Golf & Country Club area in west Sonoma County (Oak Meadow Dr and Willowside) He is microchipped but he is not wearing his collar. He is friendly but is weary of strangers. He is black, grey and tan. His coat is medium length. He doesn't have a tail. His family is frantic to find him.

Update 10-21-16...Snickers is Home! His family writes, "I just wanted to update u on snickers, he has been found safe and sound by a neighbor. Someone was trying to keep him (we assume based on the situation) and another neighbor saw him and informed us of his whereabouts.
Thank you for all your help!" We are so thankful to the one neighbors keen eye in noticing Snickers. It is NEVER ok to keep another persons dog. We are thankful as is his family that this story has a happy ending and he's home! Thank you to our followers for sharing.

Snickers has black and tan (with a bit of white), medium-length wiry hair. He is a friendly dog, but has never been missing before so he may be shy and scared. Snickers is fixed and chipped. FOUND DOG 8/9/16: Do you recognize this handsome dude? He's an intact male pit bull - brindle with white - who was found yesterday on Airport Blvd in Santa Rosa. No collar and no chip. He was wearing a green harness. This dog was involved in a dog fight in the finder’s home this morning and is pretty beaten up :(
