It’s been one month that Sleven has left us-not by his choice. I wonder when it will get easier to not dwell on how he left us. My boys and I are still angry that Melissa Fritzler gave permission to end Sleven’s life. I live in a residential area and have no unwanted pets-no stray cats in the neighborhood. I just don’t understand why this happened the way it did. The vet should have advised her that she should call the animal shelter, not knowing who Sleven belonged to. Again I can’t get it out of my head how scared he was to be in a clinic with strangers. I wonder now that when I see a missing pet poster, what was their fate.
