Sometimes life gets overwhelming. You panic and question everything that consumes your life. What's worth your time, your life, your money. What makes you happy? How can you get back to that if you have strayed from it. I keep this picture on my desk to remind me of the little girl who dreamed and wished for the life I now have. Even when I was little I knew the horses are what made life worth living, what set my soul on fire. My grandad would be so proud to see all I have accomplished so far in this life. He too was captivated by horses and taught me very early on the beauty of the bond you could have with them. God only knows where I would be without him and the horses. Life gets hard but I keep going for him and for that little girl that lives in me still. ❤️

👋Current Clients
changes are being made! I am transferring most of my scheduling load to an app called SQUARE! You should start to receive appointment reminders as your appts approach and see details as to pricing, discounts, etc. Paying will be the same, in person, cash and venmo. I am still figuring things out and manually adding all my clients into this database so bear with me! I want to thank each of my clients for supporting my business and hope that this can save us all time.

I will also so be implementing a cancelation policy. I understand emergencies arise and things that can not be foreseen, but please, if you block off my work schedule for an appt, keep that appt.
My schedule is set in different locations everyday and it takes alot of thinking and effort to get similar locations lined up for the same day. By canceling your appt last minute you are not only taking money out of my pocket but also my time as well. I always have clients waiting to get on my schedule and cancelations within the day of or even 2 days out, makes it almost impossible to line up something last minute between the rest of my scheduled out day. I hope all my clients understand this and value my time just like their own.
(Outside of an actual emergency)
After 1 cancelation less than 48 hrs from appt time you will need to make a deposit on your appt to schedule again.
2 times of canceling within 48 hrs of your appt and you will need to pay your appt in full to have a scheduled spot again.

Yall watch out for yellow jackets!! I was working on a fence yesterday at the house, in a spot we are by everyday coming in and out of gates and I got stung 2-3 times on my hand before I realized what was going on. Its a wonder Elliana hasn't gotten stung or any of my critters, as they are right by a gate they all stand at waiting on me when I go in and out of pastures. My poor right hand swole up big and I couldn't bend it fully, shooting pains from the stings all the way up my arm to my neck, then down my other arm. Achey, nausea, headache, blurred vision all within 20 mins. Had to take pain medicine to go to sleep I was so uncomfortable. Blessed it was me and not my child!
Waking up today Its sore, swelling has dissipated, hand mobility fairly normal! God is good! It could have been so much worse!

Had the pleasure of working on rescued mustangs about a week ago. Although they have come a long way with dealing with human contact, we had a vet administer light sedation on the buckskin to insure safety for her and I while trimming her back feet.

Don’t forget about your pasture donkeys guys! This guy is my newest rehab case passed to me from a fellow certified farrier. After months of not being trimmed the hoof had no where to go and therefore started growing around the foot. It will be a long and hard process to get this guy back to a semi normal hoof!
