Myakka City FL 941-320-8638 HPC no longer takes animals in. We still have dogs and kittens for adoption.

Hooves, Paws and Claws is a non breed restrictive rescue and sanctuary. We've taken in all types of dogs, cats and horses, regardless of age, breed and health. We have many seniors, and animals with medical needs still in our care. HPC works entirely off donations and volunteer support. We appreciate all support, and everyone who helps us continue to help the animals!

We're Abby (the tabby) and Ariel! We don't look alike, but we really are sisters. (And if we do say so ourselves, we're adorable!) We managed to survive outside after our mom and siblings disappeared, so we'd like to stay together for the rest of our lives. At only 5 months old, we spend much of the day playing and exploring, although we do work in a "kitten nap" here and there. Entertaining our foster mom is our favorite pastime. We keep her laughing and on her toes. We're typical kittens! We're hoping to find our "furever" home very soon. This sweet girl is called Sharna! She is a Sharpei/Belgian Malinois mix and is extremely smart! She’s very friendly and plays very nicely in her daily playgroups with other dogs. She was part of a rescue effort that involved saving 8 dogs from euthanasia.
To meet this girl is to love her! Sharna is fully vetted and anxiously waiting to have a family to call her own. 🐾

Age: 6 months - Retriever mix
​On May 19th (2020), I was tied to a fence across the road from the Hooves, Paws and Claws farm and left there all alone with my bed and bone, some water bowls, and a bag of food. I don't have any idea why I ended up there, but I was really sad and scared. Luckily, it wasn't long before I was taken to the farm, and a few days later I started a new life at the HPC satellite facility in Bradenton. I'm having a great time and getting along with my new caretakers and the other dogs, but I need a new family! I'm young, energetic, handsome, and smart, and I get along with everyone. What more could you ask for?
