UNO travels to DC. We are privileged to have this rescue Kindness Ranch Animal Sanctuary just north of us in WY. 2 of my clients are rescue beagles and one of them is a survivor of Envigo, the testing facility that was shut down in VA. We can never understand the traumas these dogs endured, and they bear the scars. My client is afraid of noises, hallways, leaves, wind. His family is helping him get past these fears, but the fears will never fully absolve. We as humans do need the testing, but please support through adoption, your time, and donations the work this rescue does. It is amazing.

WARNING!!! Avoid zoetis Librela injection for arthritis!!!! I am currently at emergency vet with a client who has over the past week has lost her ability to walk/jump/ do stairs, excess saliva, and she can’t use the front of her mouth. a very active dog that declined like crazy in the past week because of this injection. There are many reports of adverse reactions. She is having a severe neurological reaction which matches the same symptoms reported by others. Avoid!!!

We are lucky to have a quality rescue nearby in WY that specializes in rehoming medical testing animals. Please support them through donations, volunteering, or fostering!

We are witnessing a remarkable shift in the world of animal welfare. Thanks to your unwavering support, research facilities are now actively seeking us out to rehome their animals—a testament to the incredible success of our mission at Kindness Ranch. In the coming month, we have the opportunity to receive 15 cats and 67 dogs from four different states. However, with our facilities currently under construction, we simply don’t have the space to accommodate them all. These animals have already endured so much, and we are committed to giving them the safe and loving homes they deserve—but we can’t do it alone.

We urgently need adopters, fosters, long-term volunteers to step up and help us provide for these 82 souls. Whether you can offer a temporary home, a permanent place in your family, or volunteer your time, your support will make all the difference.
