if you can't hold the back of your hand to the pavement or ground for 30 seconds its to hot .... my dog wears wagwear mohave (croc's) there easy to train y our dog to wear .. if anyone remembers there children .. couldn't keep there shoes on at first either could ya LOL .. well start small with a dog like socks on there feet wagwear makes great doggie wellies and croc's for dogs .. Murphy gets on couch when we are about to go out for me to put them on now ...

This story happened on October 20 in 2014 in Ukraine is just one in a million pieces of evidence...

Please remember that leaving pets in hot cars can be deadly, even with windows open. If you see a pet in a hot car, call 911 first. Under state law, members of the public can then take action to remove the animal if it is in severe distress and the owner cannot be immediately located.

We are desperately looking for a foster for this pup. She is currently at a shelter in Springfield MA

She is in "rough shape."
▪︎diabetic (have started her on insulin)
▪︎Blind or limited vision
▪︎underweight

Is anyone able to foster this little girl?

If not can you please share this post? We need to get her out of the shelter. The shelter is no place for a senior dog!

people do this with there dogs to me all the time and one of my dogs are not other dog friendly .. they dont even notice the muzzle on Lucy

I was out with my dogs at midnight last night .. sitting on my deck and could hear a pup somewhere out there whining it broke my heart how can people do this I go out with my dogs even in my fenced in back yard and sit on the deck with them if I get too cold bundled up I know they are and bring them in .. so instead of being offended .. and you see this .. please do something .. ..

If it's too cold for you, it's too cold for your pet(s). 🚫

I share this because so many are upset with me that I do not kill the rats that take over my back yard I say its because I love all other animals and My dogs that hunt rats ..

SAY NO TO RODENTICIDES! It has come to our attention that it was stated on a local radio show yesterday, that it is, "ok to have a professional pest control company poison your rats or mice, because they do not use enough poison to harm wildlife".

FALSE: That statement is simply untrue! When a mouse or rat is poisoned and is then eaten by an animal like a raptor, mammal (or your pet), it is true that a single exposure may not kill the animal that has ingested that rat or mouse. However, harmful levels of rodenticides build up in the bloodstream of that animal, leading to a compromised immune system and ultimately death. Repeat exposure to even small amounts of rodenticide is DEADLY. There is scientific research that has proven this. (This Snowy Owl was a victim of repeat rodenticide exposure, and sadly we could not save this bird. Please, do not use rodenticides. JUST SAY NO.

Beware!

Hi all. I just wanted to toss out a quick warning. I was just at Lowes and saw a ton of these Sago Palms for sale as house plants. They are a very hardy and cool looking plant. They are also VERY TOXIC to pets, especially the seeds which fall on the floor a couple of times a year. We saw a lot of poisonings a few years back and I thought the home improvements stores got the message, but none of the plants I saw had warning labels like they are supposed to. Please return them if you got one... the mortality rate is 50-75%.
