Please share. Hershey Kiss Update! Hershey is doing so good after her leg amputation. She came all the way upstairs yesterday! And I'm not sure what this means, I need to discuss with Dr. Moore, but I caught her digging in the litter box yesterday after I had just cleaned it. I checked when she got out and there wasn't anything in there, but maybe she is starting to feel a little? I'm hoping! Hershey was very frightened of other animals when she came into our care, but now she is doing better with the other cats and doesn't growl when she sees them. -Ashley

KitKat Update. I was able to pick up Kit and bring him back home today! His damaged ear will be able to be saved as long as it keeps bubbling outward and not inward. Kit got a phovia treatment on it which is the same treatment Mercy had to her face. His cheek wounds -thank goodness-were not as bad as I feared, and just needed to be cleaned up as no major wound care is needed for now. Unfortunately, Kat will need to wear 'a cone of shame' for a little bit so he doesn't scratch the wounds open; and though he's not loving it, he's not letting it stop him from enjoying his dinner!
