Hello Toy Poodle Lovers and Dog Lovers in general!

I'm reaching out because I'm at a crossroads with my small business. Despite applying for numerous jobs on Indeed and other platforms, I haven't found steady work yet. My passion and current livelihood involve IT services, but I'm struggling to keep my business afloat.

My website, which is vital for attracting new clients and maintaining my business, is just days away from going offline due to hosting costs I can't currently cover. The hosting fee is a little over $300, but banks have turned down my business plan, leaving me with few options.

Here’s where I need your help:

A Like or Share could introduce my story to someone who might help or donate.
Any Donation, no matter the size, would significantly aid in keeping my digital presence alive, which is crucial for my business's survival.

I've been selling valuables to make ends meet, but without my website, attracting new customers becomes nearly impossible. Losing this could mean total insolvency for me.

Your Help Could Mean:
Keeping my business website online
Continuing to offer my IT services and grooming
Hope for a brighter future where I can again provide for myself and my furry family

Thank you for taking the time to read my story. Every share, like, or donation brings me closer to overcoming this hurdle.

With appreciation,
Brent Cox, owner of Be Smart Computing and More.
https://www.besmartcomputing.com is my website.

Good morning, toy poodle enthusiasts and dog lovers everywhere!

Today marks January 1st, the start of a new chapter for us. Unfortunately, the fireworks last night sent our six beloved toy poodles scrambling under the bed. It's a reminder of how much these small joys depend on us.

Our dogs are in dire need of grooming, which is how I plan to kick off the new year. However, we're facing challenges beyond just the festivities; we're down to less than a third of a bag of dog food. I've tried selling some items from my garage, including tools and a Casio keyboard, but interest has been low.

I'm actively job hunting, leaning towards returning to the culinary world since my IT certifications have expired, and renewing them isn't currently feasible. The last time I worked in a kitchen, food handler's permits weren't even necessary - how times have changed!

If you're feeling generous, please consider helping us out. While I search for stable employment and take on odd jobs in our small town of about 1,000 during this snowy season, we're truly in need. Your support could be pivotal not only for our immediate needs but also for funding my IT business, securing our future, and ensuring we don't have to part with our furry family members. I've laid out a detailed business plan here: https://gofund.me/58126f99 Additionally, we have an emergency fund campaign explaining more about our current situation: https://gofund.me/91056a.37

Thank you for considering our plea. Every little bit helps us look forward to a brighter future with our beloved poodles by our side.

Personal Inventory: We have 6 Toy Poodles and a half bag of food. All our dogs are adult toy poodles and we'll be re-homing our family soon on account of the fact that we simply cannot do this anymore.

We've never struggled this much in our lives, I lost my job in February and have been picking up odd jobs to try to manage just the basics. Our local economy is depressed and we own a home that is in significant disrepair.
It has an unfinished roof left over from our sons [self-extermination] and the first rain we get, we're going to be in trouble.

We are in desperate need of help, folks, and I've applied everywhere for a 9-5 job but to no avail. I am in immediate need of around $3,000 and am putting up our truck to try to get that amount but that's going to be a tough sell.

I'm (again) reaching out for any help, whether it's helping me to crowd-source or by simply sharing.
Even words of encouragement would go a long way to assuaging our plight. At least then I would know there are folks out there reading this. If you ARE, please give us a like and please share.
Thank you kindly.

Hello Toy Poodle & Dog Lovers! I have an important update that's full of hashtags and keywords to generate more interest in our business and in our personal plight.

I have a solid business plan but no money to get it off the ground. I'm taking my model that led to unsustainability and repeated call-backs and exchanging it for an initiative-taking approach that involves IT consulting with various payment options for premium services.
I'm delving into the and where I'll leverage to do most of the heavy lifting while I concentrate on , , , , and through a variety of purveyors.

My marketing strategy will be pretty diverse and includes through one of our most popular radio stations where I live, engagement, and writing compelling content on my website. https://www.besmartcomputing.com.
I'm asking everyone that knows me (and everyone that does not) to consider my plan and participate in its success by donating to my campaign on GoFundMe. Let's make this transition a reality with , covering essentials like , , and more. Thank you for your attention.

I'm a 58 year old semi-retired (meaning I have no real job) IT services guy that invited this fella pictured below to come help us. Unfortunately he had his own ideas and left us with more weight than I think I can bare anymore. I'm looking for emergency cash even to try to stay afloat. If you could please help by sharing with your networks, that could go a long way to ensuring a little solvency. We own our home but cannot take anything out of it. It's surreal at this point.

I think this is where I will be updating our story. We managed to pay $140 to the Internet company (we have Optimum) on a $580 balance but at least they'll keep the internet on until Jan 6th when the balance is due. , ,

This tool was to be used to cut the fascia to finish the roof of our house. It is a Dewalt 708 compound miter saw with collapsable stand. I need to sell it due to our funds being low. The stand is brand new.

I originally created "Toy Poodle Puppies" to post anecdotes and things regarding our 6 Toy Poodles. It was going to be fun and engaging but we didn't expect all the death to happen and all at once.

The most recent thing we're still recovering from is the death of Brandon, My Wife's son but we were close. The senselessness of it all. The soul crushing depression that followed.
It's been over a year now, our house is still in significant disrepair. He was helping us fix it. Listen, folks, I don't know HOW to ask for help, I just know that I must.
We have 6 Toy Poodles, I have a sick wife that weighs 80 pounds and I lost my employment in February, Believe me I've tried to find work. I've tried the local casino here, I've tried Wal-Mart and even applied to multiple culinary interests but I'm a semi-retired IT guy (meaning I simply cannot find work and I'm Older) and there's simply no work for my field.
I've worked hard to establish Be Smart Computing and am in real danger of losing my website and everything I've put into SEO and general awareness in my area about the services I offer.
I think January 5th my website will go down. I've already lost subscriptions to MS Office which costs $103 after taxes per year. I've worked hard to try to build my business with no advertising dollars and I even got one response over the phone for a Bonafide customer, however I could not take advantage of that opportunity simply because not everything is in place yet.
I've got a solid business plan but SBA funding doesn't look like it will happen as they keep peppering me with paperwork.
On December 25, Christmas Day, I'll lose internet so I'm told. Until then they say tagging followers would be a good idea so I'm going to start tagging now and hope our followers understand the dire emergency we are faced with on the Homefront. I'm trying to crowdsource the next few months to keep the lights on and to hopefully get advertising dollars for my business. I hope you can help. SBA will not evidentially. I hope the managers of the folks I tag will please share our story. Dear Supporters, followers and every Poodle enthusiast!

We are reaching out to you in a critical time for our young company. (Be Smart Computing) Our goal is to raise enough funds to keep our communication lines open, including internet and phone services, which are vital for our operations. Additionally, we need support to fund advertising efforts for our innovative business idea that has yet to take flight.

Why Support Us? We specialize in providing sound IT advice tailored for companies and small businesses. With Windows 10 support ending soon, there's an increasing demand for IT migration services, and we're positioned to meet this need. However, without your help:

By January 5th, our website will go offline due to unpaid hosting fees.
We've already had to let go of some essential content creation tools used for advertising.
We are on the brink of losing our business email, which is crucial for client communications.

Your support could be the lifeline we need to keep our vision alive and help small businesses navigate their IT challenges. Please consider helping us get our business off the ground before we lose the chance to make a difference.

Thank you for considering our plea. Every bit of support counts immensely. Please like and share! Thank you and God Bless this post.

A Desperate Cry for Help: A Family on the Brink

Imagine this: a man, his heart heavy with responsibility, stands at the crossroads of despair and determination. I am that man, and alongside me are my six adorable toy poodles and my 80-pound wife, all clinging to the fragile threads of hope. Since February, our world has crumbled. I lost the only job I had, working as an independent contractor for a popular technical services company and with it, our financial stability vanished into thin air. We've been scraping by, but now, our resources are not just stretched thin, they're completely gone.

In September, driven by desperation yet clinging to a glimmer of pride, I launched a GoFundMe campaign. Two, in fact, one to rely on the kindness of strangers to help a fella out where the banks would/could not. And another off the heels of the devastating su***de of my wife’s son only a year prior. That’s another story but the devastation still beckons. But they both sat idle, never shared with the world, my hope silently eroding. I believed I could bootstrap my business dream into reality without the crutch of advertising money. I posted thought-provoking articles, each one a beacon of my capabilities and vision. But my business? It never took flight.

I had a plan, a solid, actionable blueprint for success. My venture into IT consulting was not just a dream; it was a strategy. I crafted a website, focusing on providing top-notch IT services, envisioning my entry into the Managed Service Provider (MSP) market. Here's where the twist comes in: I intended to leverage third-party SaaS providers to handle the grunt work, leaving me to strategize, innovate, and grow.

But the banks? They've been nothing but bureaucratic nightmares. I applied for an SBA loan, hoping it would be the lifeline we needed. Instead, it's become a labyrinth of paperwork, endless requests, and delays. Each day feels like a race against time, where the finish line keeps moving further away.

Now, I'm not just asking for help; I'm pleading. This isn't just about keeping the lights on or feeding our beloved poodles. It's about saving a family from falling apart, about giving a man and his wife a chance to rebuild their lives with dignity. Every donation, every share of our GoFundMe, could be the difference between sinking or swimming.

Help us. Help me transform this tale of struggle into one of triumph. The clock is ticking, and the only question left is: will you stand with us or watch us fall?

Throwback Thursday, Our first Toy Poodle, Snickers and mommy. Snickers was another one of our toys that was all about the ball, all about chasing his imaginary friends and all about daddy. Dubbed "King of Daddy's" because of the way he used to occupy my chest while watching TV. He passed 10 years ago or so and is fondly remembered.
