5 Year old non-papered French Brittany. Located near Irvine CA.

Douglas is a beautiful 5-year-old French Brittany. He is high energy and needs lots of exercise and stimulation! He is house trained and protective of the home but typically very affectionate and friendly with people and most dogs. He loves soft blankets and toys as much as he loves running across big fields and sniffing through bushes. He has a very sweet heart, and his favorite thing to do when he’s not running around is watch the birds in the trees. He has great hunting instincts and would love to be trained for hunting adventures.

Ideally his new placement would be a loving home that would include lots and lots of running space and hunting opportunities.

Has not been around children so it is unknown how he would be.

Douglas is mouthy and has bitten the owner - not sure if its lack of exercise, could be rough play? Does not appear to be aggression.

Meet Sammy. A 2021 male hailing from South Carolina
Looking for a new forever home with lots of room to run and hoping for another dog and some kids. He is a cuddler so living with his new family is a priority. Not trained to hunt but shows a lot of interest. He is intact. Nothing wrong with this beautiful boy, his currently family wants him to be enjoyed as he’s just hanging out and needs a job.

Adventures with Koda. We love watching these dogs enjoy their foster care. He will be here for a few more days then off to new adventures with his new home.
His mama is missing him so bad. These dogs are all so amazing and so smart.

Welcome KODA for a short vacation before your new home is ready for you.
So far he got to run in the woods, check out the river and admire the horses from afar. He’s not so sure about them. Tomorrow new adventures await. Good thing he has a new home waiting because Gary and I are such foster fails.

Next week. In the meantime he gets to stay and play with our girls for a week.

It’s so hard to give up a dog, my heart breaks for his mom. What a wonderful human to put his needs first.

The dogs available through our rescue are never in danger they just need a new home for whatever reason their owner cannot keep them - sometimes they are in a situation where the dog is better in a more active home or needs more space. The owner of the dog will always choose the dog's new home and the choice is always what is best for the dog.

Available - Chicago area - Meet KODA
Coming 3 year old neutered male. Koda is house trained and currently living in "town". Koda's owner is looking for a new zip code and these are the things she feels will make Koda happy:
Large acreage, fenced so he can run and play.
Cooler climate - he is not fond of the heat.
Family - loves people and children
Other dogs - yes, he is submissive and prefers to get along and not fight, so another friendly partner would be great.
He wants to live in the house and be part of the family.
Hunting home is great as long as he lives inside.
Koda is healthy and up to date on all his shots. He is a little fluffy because he didn't get alot of exercise over the winter.

ADOPTION PENDING - MARCOS IS MOVING TO NEBRASKA!!

Denver Colorado - Give this boy some love.
Marcos is a neutered 4 year old Frenchie - purebred, but papers can't be located. He is a little overweight due to lack of exercise. His mom passed away and her sisters live in town and he is too much for them, he does not get much exercise. Other family members are unable to take him. He loves people and attention. Not sure if he likes kids or not, they don't have any. Marcos has epilepsy - diagnosed a couple of years ago and is on medication. He only has one or two seizures a month. He is a little dazed following the seizure, but quickly recovers. Otherwise his health is fine. Marcos is up to date on all his shots. Marcos is a little busy and like to jump on people, but they are working with him on this. Anyone in the Denver area interested? He can be transported, but only with vet approval. If you are interested, please email me [email protected] and I will send and application to you. Messages here are difficult to keep up with so I prefer email if you are interested in adopting him.
