Patrick finished hanging the gates on the new grooming stalls! Please keep the gates shut! Open gates (in or out) are a hazard for riders and make it more likely for the gates to be damaged.
Please double check that the gates are shut before getting on your horse to ride and again before you leave ❤️

Thank you so much to all the riders who came out to play with us at the JumpStart show yesterday! Please post your pictures and videos so we all can enjoy ❤️
Special thank you to the young riders who helped set the course, to Stephanie for helping in the office, to Kay and Abby for sitting with the judge and keeping the computer updated, to Patrick for getting the facility ready and keeping the BBQ going, Mariah for judging, Adrienne for designing courses, and to everyone who stepped in to help at the gate/pick up poles/etc. What a great community we have!!!

In dressage, the best riders develop psychological strength as a key ability because it takes a positive attitude, strong will, good work ethic, humbleness, stubbornness and overall horsemanship to succeed. You have to accept that success and failure never last in this sport, so you have to take each in stride and not make too much of a deal out of either—it is just another day at work. In the end, the best riders have this strength and an undying drive to continue because a rider still has to take care of the horses and get back in the saddle tomorrow and the day after that since this is not only a sport, hobby or business, but a lifestyle that lasts a lifetime. - Jan Brink

This handsome hunk with a chill, goofy personality is ready to be your next best friend!
"Div" (JC Music Icon) came off the track a year ago. All the basics have been done and he is ready to go to work for you. He is friendy, easy to catch and handle, not spooky, trailers like a dream, settles in quickly, etc. He is willing and confident over fences. Currently coursing 2'9" happily with plenty of room to move up. He easily makes the stride. His lead changes need to be finished up, but he willingly offers clean changes on a regular basis while jumping. We have not taken him out on trails or cross country, but I would be shocked if he didn't love both. He is curious, confident, and not buddy sour. Always ridden in a simple snaffle.
He recently did his first horse shows. I will put videos in the comments.
My daughter is having a hard time deciding between taking him to college with her, or selling. She has reluctantly decided to list him. High 4 figures.

I never know what to write after a show... What if I say the wrong thing? Or leave somebody out? And I can never quite put what I am feeling in words. So, please, please, forgive me if I screw this up 🤷‍♀️
I was SO proud of our team at the iJump show this weekend!Highlights included:
Watching Ginger Belone gingershow jump for the first time in 20 years - and kill it!
Seeing Sarah Knudsen Sarah win the Equitation Derby, and get recognized for the beautiful rider she is (hopefully she will believe me now 😉).
Seeing the courage of riders who went out and did hard things , even when it was scary (I'm looking at you Mabel and Brooklyn).
Being blown away by Raylyn's ability to memorize a course and ride it without ANY reminders.
Seeing Kaitlyn and Shannon put the needs of their green horses first and building their confidence. Including some very creative problem solving under pressure by Shannon in the ring.
Madi finally fought off her horse show demons and was able to ENJOY showing her pony.
Eliza might have felt overwhelmed by her first horse show at first - but stuck with it and rode beautifully and got took home a Champion ribbon her first time out!
Sarah and Piper were amazing students and took home new skills that will serve them well, as well as lots of pretty ribbons.
Shannon showed that Penny and her have complete trust in each other and that she is strong enough to conquer the emotions that go along with competition.
Payton recognized the absolutely amazing partner that she has in Jet pony and is more grateful for him every day!
Thank you so much to those that stayed and cheered, even after their own classes were long done.
And big thanks to Amelie who came and helped ALL day long - just to support the team!
Team Creekside brought home more Championships than I can remember correctly this weekend, but the personal victories and team spirit I will definately remember!!!!
Please add your pictures and videos to the comments.
