We rescue dogs in emergency situations in our location with help from our community. We are passionate about saving the lives of innocent dogs, some who spend days in a pound or shelter and are at risk of being euthanized. These beautiful animals certainly deserve a lot more of a chance than being abandoned o lost their way home. From his adopter:I adopted Danny over three years ago and just wanted to follow up. I changed his name to Boris, and he has been a wonderful pup that has made many dog and human friends. Took a while for him to understand the concept of a walk but loves them. He loves to be lazy or active and is very motivated by food. He still hates car rides but tolerates them

Carson - 10 months old, lab mix, about 40 pounds, friendly, outgoing, good with dogs and kids.

General Lee - 9 years old, lab mix, about 75 pounds, good with dogs and kids, outgoing, friendly.

Flokie - 2.5 years old, hound mix, about 60 pounds, good with dogs, kids, very affectionate, friendly boy.

Kratos - 4 year old, Malinois mix, 55 pounds, good with dogs, kids, friendly, lovable, lots of energy.

Layne - Carson's sister, 10 months old, lab mix, about 45 pounds, very friendly, outgoing, playful, good with dogs and kids.

Hannah - 6 year old fiesta mix, about 45 pounds, good with dogs and kids, outgoing, friendly and very playful.

Meet Dixie, a 7-month-old Australian Shepherd mix with a heart full of love and energy! This sweet girl may be a bit shy at first, but once she warms up, she is incredibly affectionate and playful. Dixie is crate trained, making her a great companion for a household looking for a well-mannered pup.

Dixie loves playing with other dogs and gets along well with them. While she finds kids and cats very interesting and fun to chase, her playful nature means she would do best in a home where any children are dog-savvy and where she can be supervised around feline friends.

Dogs coming to CT this weekend

These dogs will be at our Adoption Event May 17th - 19th, PetSmart, Enfield CT. We forgot to add Joy, She is on a earlier post.

In New England for 1 more night. Dallas needs a home he has been up north 5 times and we wanted this to be his trip to get a home and not have to go back to Arkansas. If you are interested in adopting Dallas let us know by Monday morning!
