Do you know an up and coming rider that has a great work ethic, a solid skill set, some show experience, an excellent way with people, and an interest in developing themselves as a rider and trainer? Are they honest, kind, a non-smoker, create NO drama and a good human? I am looking for someone to ride, show, manage, organize, clean, clip and mane pull, oversee horse care, manage blacksmith and vet appointments, order hay and feed.

Large xrails or short stirrup pony available (s.a.l.e. only, no borrow), 14.1h and big bodied, 2008 model. Great record with many many championships up through children’s pony. Handsome, easy lead change, quiet, very comfortable and easy to find the jumps on. Rider has outgrown, pony has been very well loved❤️. Looking for a xrails or short stirrup job for this guy who has shown two of my clients the ropes over the past 5 years! He has paid his dues at 2’6” and needs a 2’0” job so he can show for many years to come! Maintenance appropriate for his age, twice yearly coffins and stifles or hocks, as needed. 1) Year Lease for Low Adult Hunter that is kind and low prep. Doesn’t have to be the winner, but safe and fun are highest priority! Low 5 yearly budget. Any size or gender, but nothing green or naughty pls. Must have mileage and be proven as a reliable 2’6”

2) Jr Htr of any size really. Lease to purchase is ideal. Maybe straight purchase. Must have mileage at least through the 3’3”, good temperament, kindness and straightforward horse show prep. Client is a very tall kid coming off medium division pony. Needs to be a decent hack contender, and tidy over jumps. Maximum age is 11, turning 12. Low six’s for purchase.

Very minimal show prep necessary, exceptional show record, tons of mileage in SS and Child Pony. Jumps in great form, but will not dislodge a little rider with his jump! Tricky has an auto change and a great rhythm to the jumps. Out of the ring, Tricky is loving and kind, easy to work around, quiet in turnout, and LOVES to be groomed. FOR SALE: 13.1h, mature Welsh pony gelding, for xrails or SS. Sweet, kind, honest, adorable, great lead change, cute jump, lots of mileage. Wonderful for everything handling related; loading/vet/blacksmith/trail rides, etc. HOWEVER, he is worried with oncoming horse traffic, so requires a kid in a program with an educated trainer. ISO LIVE-IN, full time TRAINER/MANAGER for gorgeous h/j boarding and training facility. 5-6 days per week depending on horse show schedule; ride, exercise, treadmill horses some teaching lessons, but infrequently. Manage horse nutrition and diet, coordinate vet/blacksmith, turnout/in, equine first aid, bandaging, some stall cleaning, farm maintenance. Somewhat flexible hours, great work environment, salary, housing, utilities, WiFi, paid vacation after the first 6 months. Applicants must be over 18, have valid drivers license, reliable transportation, kind demeanor, strong work ethic, reliable references, and professional horse experience as well as Hunter/jumper show experience.
