This is my third story for NewsBreak. You can follow, comment and share if you like. 😊

Animals are amazing and can play a variety of roles in our lives. They can be our teachers, our mirrors, and even our healers. I have been in awe many times by their capacity to love and forgive. They are very intuitive and can even be aware of what we can do to help ourselves.

The animals in our life can teach us many lessons, especially if we are open to learning from them. It can be interesting to observe their behavior and ask ourselves, "Is there is a lesson they are wanting to teach me?" This can pose some challenges but might indeed be a transforming endeavor.

Amazing how animals don't care about your color, religion, sexual preference and all those things that divide our world in the 3rd dimension. I myself have never understood the hatred towards those who are different. I remember when the war in Vietnam occurred I began to think I was on the wrong planet. I have had that thought a few times actually on this earth journey. May we all be blessed! 😻❤️

I have connected with many pets who have transitioned. Please know that they never find fault with us regarding any decisions we made regarding their end of life. I have worked with a number of clients who had extreme levels of guilt, and it is never an issue for their dear pet.
Many years back I saw a picture on line of a dog named Grace. She was a homeless dog who lived on the streets in South Africa. I was intrigued and decided to connect with her. A young boy had thrown boiling water on her and she was taken in for emergency assistance. When I connected she said, "That young boy had so much pain that he did not know what to do with it." She had nothing except an understanding of the boys inner pain and turmoil. It is quite amazing!

Soul retrieval exercise:
Fill a glass of water and hold it in both hands. Focus your intention on the glass of water and say three times, “Everything I have taken from others, I put into this water. Then take the water outside and pour it onto the ground, knowing that everyone stands on the Earth and all things can be returned to them this way.

Next, refill the glass of water and focus your intention on the water again. This time repeat to yourself three times, “Everything that has been taken from me, I now reclaim.” Then drink the water and give thanks.
