One of the most rewarding things for fosters and volunteers of our organization is hearing updates on how our adopted kitties are doing in their furever homes!

Please share recent updates in the comments. Feel free to share non OCR kitties as well! We dont discriminate. We love all of the feline friends.

Sophia is still looking for her forever home! Her siblings have been adopted and she is hoping to find her family soon.

Meet Sophia – the snuggle queen of her litter! 👑💖

Sophia is a 3-month-old black fluffball with a heart that’s every bit as soft as her fur. Out of all her sisters, she’s the ultimate cuddler—the kind of kitten who wants to be held, snuggled, and adored as much as possible. She’ll happily curl up against your face, nap in your arms, or perch nearby just to be close while you work. Basically, if you’re around, Sophia wants to be your shadow (with purrs included).

That doesn’t mean she’s all snooze and no play! Sophia still has plenty of kitten energy and a special love for dangling teaser toys—she’ll leap gracefully after anything on a string, making playtime a delight to watch. She’s confident with other cats, warmed up to small dogs quickly (even napping near them after a short introduction!), and would likely thrive with kids or other furry siblings to keep her entertained.

Sophia’s ideal home is one where she can balance her love of play with her true passion: snuggling. She’s a little velcro kitten in the making, and whoever adopts her will be blessed with a loyal, affectionate companion who just wants to be close. her adoption fee is $250 when adopted by herself or $200 when adopted with a sibling (Blanche and Dorothy) or another kitten.

Caddie is a 4.5-month-old brown tabby boy and the only brother in this crew of sisters 🐾👦. He’s the rough-and-tumble sibling, happiest when he’s wrestling, chasing toys, or darting through the house with his sister Porsche right behind him 🌀🐾. Caddie is especially fond of wild wrestling matches, spring toys, and peacock feathers, and his playful energy fills the room wherever he goes. He’s still figuring out the difference between hands and toys 🤭, but with a bit of gentle guidance, he’s learning that people are for pets, not play bites.

When the games are over, Caddie does enjoy affection and petting, though snuggling usually comes second to playtime. He’s a sweet-hearted boy at his core, with a charming streak of mischief and curiosity that makes him endlessly entertaining 😸. His future home should be ready for kitten antics and willing to keep up with his playful nature. A sibling to wrestle with or another active cat would be a dream for him, as he thrives on companionship and games.

Confident, outgoing, and endlessly affectionate, Porsche has no trouble letting you know that she deserves all the attention in the world.

Her playful side is just as delightful as her affectionate one. She’ll chase toys with enthusiasm, wrestle with her brother Cadie, and then curl into your lap for a cuddle session 💤. Meet Mercedes, a 4.5-month-old brown tabby girl who may be the tiniest of her siblings, but don’t let her size fool you—she’s a powerhouse of energy and determination 💪🐱. Fiercely independent, Mercedes likes the world on her terms and took her sweet time deciding that people were trustworthy. For the first two weeks in foster care, she mostly observed from a distance 👀, but once she realized her foster family respected her space, she began to show her true self. Now she plays the hardest, runs the fastest, and will pounce on a toy with an enthusiasm that makes everyone laugh 🎉.

Mercedes is also a little bit of a diva 👑 with her siblings. She’s quick to wrestle and tumble, but when the rough play comes back her way, she’s not shy about letting everyone know she’s had enough. Watching her tiny but mighty personality shine has been a joy, and her future adopter will love the way she slowly but surely blossoms with patience and understanding. Once she’s chosen you, you’ll have a loyal, playful companion who balances her independence with surprising flashes of affection 💕.

Zinnia is a sweet 4-month-old brown tabby with big doe eyes, long whiskers, and a soft white chin that makes her irresistible. She’s spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, microchipped, dewormed, on flea prevention, and FIV/FeLV negative—ready to find her forever home!

Zinnia is playful, affectionate, and curious. She loves feather wands, spring toys, and crinkle balls, and she has the cutest little habit of doing sideways “bunny hops” before pouncing. After playtime, she’s a total sweetheart—curling up in your lap, giving soft nose-boops, and slow-blinking to show her happiness.

She gets along well with other cats, especially her sister, but she prefers to keep her distance from dogs. Zinnia has done fine with calm, gentle children, making her a great fit for a family with school-age kids or older. She’s confident once she’s comfortable, curious about her surroundings, and always ready to explore—and cuddle—at the right moment.
