What an awesome way to learn!

On September 10th, Arizona Mobile Vet and Boehringer Ingelheim will be hosting a Horse Owner Education night at 6:00pm at the Caldwell County BBQ in Queen Creek.

The topic of this evening will be about diagnosing, treating & preventing equine stomach ulcers, and also educating horse owners and barn managers about the most up-to-date vaccination strategies to keep your horses adequately protected. Presenting these topics will be Casey Cromer, DVM. 🐴

This educational event is FREE OF CHARGE, but has limited seating! 🥘 Dinner will be served, and giveaways will be available!

Summer is in full swing ☀️, and while it can be an exciting time for outdoor activities, it can also pose some serious health risks to your horses and livestock 🐴🐮. Heat stress, dehydration, and colic are just some of the dangers that can affect your animals during the hot summer months.

It's important to take proactive steps to keep your animals safe and healthy. Here are some tips:

-Provide plenty of fresh, clean water 💧 and shade 🌳

-Consider installing misters 💦 or fans 🌬️ to help keep your animals cool.

-Offer electrolyte supplements to help replace lost minerals and fluids.

-Avoid working or exercising your animals during the hottest parts of the day.

-Monitor your animals closely for signs of distress or illness.

We lost a good one today. Big Country left us to the pasture above. I can just imagine him now roaming around looking for some kiddos to love on.
Those of you that didn’t know him, we rescued him years ago. He came to us completely shut down and wanted nothing more to do with life. We got him healthy and he rolled into our lesson program. He was so very happy when he was with Kids. He would literally tippytoe with them to make them feel comfortable and confident. He came out of his shell and loved his life. It was awesome to see.
He was a big gangly boy but I bet you when he was young he was magnificent.
Go get em big man! You will be VERY missed here at Circle C.
