Spaying and neutering: the key to reducing the number of unwanted pets and lightening the load on shelters. By taking this simple step, you’re not only preventing overpopulation but also giving more animals a chance at finding loving homes.

With an approved application, FCAR will pay for the spay/neuter of cats and dogs for qualified Fayette County, TN residents. Working with local veterinarians and utilizing donations from our supporters, FCARs goal is to reduce the euthanasia rate of stray and unwanted animals in our county.

Come on out this SATURDAY in Ocoee to raise funds for more spay/neuter in Polk County!

SHARP supports stop by The BUS Bar and Grill this saturday June 8th. We will be selling merchandise from 3pm to 8pm
If we can raise a min of $500 or up to $1000 we have an organization willing to match the money and it will go towards low cost spay/neuter vouchers for Polk County residents.

We will have T-shirts , hats , key chains , bottle openers , koozie's , stickers , pocket knives and more!

Come on out and help us raise money to get these cats and dogs on the road to being spayed and neutered !!

On June 14 from 4 PM until closing, InfiniThai is going to give 10% of their profits to our spay and neuter/medical fund! This is a wonderful program that is helping the community get their cats and dogs spayed at a discounted price. We are so grateful they offered to support us. The Humane Society of Jefferson County is again facilitating spay/neuter surgeries for your pets. They request a visit to sign up and pay. They are located at 822 Epco Drive Dandridge, TN 37725.

WE HAVE OPENINGS - This does not happen very often but right now, Beesley Animal Clinic has openings and NO waiting list for CAT spays and neuters. Some as early as next week.

Cats spays are $55
Cat neuters are $50
All cats must be current on both Rabies and FVRCP, if not, they can get those vaccinations the day of surgery for $30. Cats need to weight at least 4 pounds which is about 4 1/2 - 5 months old!!! Males must have both testicles and females cannot be nursing and should not be pregnant (if too far along, our vet might determine that safer to wait until after kittens are weaned).
