WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH MY PROFESSION..A cat goes in for being sick and vet says may be pregnant or pyometra, sends home with nothing, cat gets sicker and vet wants 3000 to 5000 for a pyometra, owners cant afford like most working people and they send home and by the time they find us the cat dies..I TRULY BELIEVE ECONOMIC EUTHANASIA IS THE BIGGEST THREAT TO COMPANION ANIMALS AT THIS TIME..We see 8000 to 12,000 dollars quotes all the time for things that can easily be done for half that with good profit..This is greed and nothing more..As soon as a clinic goes corporate the prices go up a huge amount via stock holders want their cut..I get it, it is capitalism but now that around 70% of clinics are corporate and the large humane groups do virtually nothing with the millions they are setting on, our pets continue to pay the price..I will give my last breath trying to help as many pets and people that i can and i will set my non-profit up so the future will be bright and my life's work will continue..SOMETHING MUST CHANGE, NOT EVRYTHING CAN BE ABOUT GREED..
