JAXSON (VIRGINIA)
Meet Jaxson, a sweet 8-year-old, 13 pound Yorkie boy being fostered near Alexandria, VA.
Hi my name is Jaxson or as my foster mom likes to call me Jax for short. I have only been in my foster home for 2 days so I'm still adjusting. So far my FM say's I am doing wonderful! I just learned what a dog bed is and boy oh boy, I really like them (I do have a favorite one and FM said that I can take it with me when I go to my furever home). I live with 2 other yorkies now and I even have a cat brother. I get along with all of them. I'm kinda shy and it takes me a little while to open up around new people, but FM has been taking me on trips to the store so that I can get used to being around lots of people. So far so good... I think I like it. I love car rides and I walk very good on the leash. We are working on some basic training and I'm starting to understand what the word sit means. I LOVE to practice because there are treats involved and I really love treats! FM took me to see the Dr and she said I was very handsome (I already knew that). She said I was about 8 years old and looked good for my age (all the ladies tell me that). I got caught up on all my shots and I am going to get my teeth cleaned on Oct. 24th. Look out Hollywood... I'm going to have pearly whites! I'm planning on auditioning for the new Bond movie. I am a very chill kinda guy, but I love to be next to my FM. I follow her everywhere she goes just in case she needs my assistance with something. I'm super quiet and I don't even bark at the mailman or those crazy squirrels that have the nerve to come in the yard. I have also been really good about not going potty in the house. FM is working on teaching me to go to the door to let her know I need a potty break and I'm starting to catch on a little. She said that I'm very smart and I'll get it really soon. Well... that's all I have for now, but I promise if you give me a little more time to get adjusted, I'll have some great new stories to
