Dear Valued Clients,

Due to the flu and other illnesses currently circulating, I need to clearly reinforce our health and safety policy.

If anyone in your household is sick (flu, fever, vomiting, respiratory symptoms, or similar), you must notify me before your scheduled appointment. Please take this seriously. Do not assume symptoms are “minor” or try to proceed with the appointment anyway.
If illness is present, we will reschedule. A haircut can wait—health cannot. As a house-call groomer, I work in close contact with both pets and families, and preventing the spread of illness is essential to protecting everyone involved.

I extend this same courtesy to my clients: if I am ever unwell, I will notify you promptly and reschedule as needed.
Thank you for your honesty, cooperation, and understanding as we prioritize everyone’s well-being.

Hey all! Just a heads up! My scheduler has been glitching and having phantom appointments so when I schedule appointments the other ones aren't showing up. As a result I'm overbooked.
