There are some things in life you can always count on: The Wi-Fi will stop working when you need it most. There will be traffic when you are already running late. There will always be money in the banana stand.

Also guaranteed? Nattie will find the most comfortable lap in the room.

Nattie is a three-year-old female orange tabby, which already makes her a rare creature. Add in her confident, affectionate personality, her love of toys, exploring, and greeting everyone she meets, and the math is simple. A cat like this does not come along often, and she is ready to make herself at home just in time for the holidays.

We are open for adoptions from 12 to 4:30 PM every day of the week except Wednesdays. Come meet Nattie at our Santa Maria Campus.

It is a rare day when you spot a snowflake on the Central Coast, but today is your lucky day.

Snowflake is an approximately two-year-old female Labrador Retriever mix at our Santa Maria Campus who came to us as a stray and has been winning hearts ever since. She is easygoing, full of love, and deeply committed to cuddles, walks, and spending quality time with her people. Despite her name, Snowflake strongly prefers sunshine and is happiest stretched out and soaking up the rays whenever possible.

Snowflake is the kind of dog who makes everything feel a little brighter just by being there. If you are looking for a sweet, affectionate companion who treats sunbathing like a professional sport, Snowflake is ready to meet you.

We are open for adoptions from 12 to 4:30 PM every day of the week except Wednesdays. Come find Snowflake at our Santa Maria Campus.

Oh. Fudge.
No, not that word. The kitten.

Fudge is a two-month-old, neutered male Domestic Shorthair at our Santa Barbara Campus, and he is a holiday classic in the making. Small, sweet, and absolutely not to be placed anywhere near a fragile lamp, he is ready to steal the show this season.

Come meet Fudge before someone else does.
We are open for adoptions from 12 to 4:30 PM every day of the week except Wednesdays.

Oompa Loompa doopity dee
He is small, he is fluffy, he is named W***y 🎶

W***y Wonka is a two-year-old male Shih Tzu at our Santa Barbara campus, and yes, he is exactly as delightful as his name suggests. He is charming, affectionate, and clearly believes he is the main character in a very whimsical film about treats, naps, and being adored by everyone he meets. He does not run the chocolate factory, but he would happily supervise your household operations from a soft surface.

🎶 Oompa Loompa doopity day
W***y Wonka would like to go home today 🎶

W***y Wonka is ready for his next adventure and would love to meet you.

We are open for adoptions from 12 to 4:30 PM every day of the week except Wednesdays, and W***y is waiting at our Santa Barbara campus.

No golden ticket required.

This post is sponsored by curiosity, courage, and exactly one orange brain cell.

Miko is an eight-month-old Domestic Shorthair who starts off shy and then surprises everyone with his adventurous side. He enjoys exploring his surroundings and would love a home with time to let him warm up and plenty of attention once he does.

Miko is waiting for you at our Santa Maria Campus. We are open for adoptions from 12 to 4:30 PM every day of the week except Wednesdays.

This is Oliver.
Yes, that Oliver.
The eleven-month-old, purebred Toy Poodle who looks like he knows the Wi-Fi password and is silently judging your posture.

Oliver has been very well cared for, is extremely loving, and would like to formally announce that he is ready for his next big adventure. By adventure, he means learning about the world, going on outings, and deciding which couch is his couch. He is affectionate, charming, and has the kind of face that suggests he has strong opinions about throw pillows.

Oliver is currently holding court at our Santa Maria Campus and would very much like to meet the person who is ready to show him what life has to offer. Come say hello and see if you pass the vibe check.

We are open for adoptions from 12 to 4:30 PM every day except Wednesdays.

There are dogs who stroll into the world as if they have been expecting applause, and then there is Dillon, a three-year-old Shepherd at our Santa Barbara Campus who behaves as though applause is something that should be studied quietly from a safe distance. He watches it all with the cautious curiosity of someone who has just arrived at a party and is trying to determine whether the dip is actually edible.

Once given a moment, though, Dillon begins to thaw. A small wag here, a hopeful glance there. Soon, he becomes surprisingly affectionate, as if he has decided the world is not quite as alarming as originally suspected.

Small animals, however, remain non-negotiable. Dillon regards them the way certain relatives regard political discussion at Thanksgiving. Avoidance keeps the peace.

Dillon is, in short, shy at first, warm with time, curious always, and ready for a home that appreciates a dog who approaches life with the modest caution of someone who has read the instructions twice before proceeding. Dillon is available for adoption at the Santa Barbara Campus from 12 to 4:30 every day of the week except Wednesdays.

If holiday cheer were a corporate department, Turkey would be the chaotic new intern who shows up with a latte bigger than she is, asks zero questions, and immediately takes over the entire floor. She is three months old, unreasonably adorable, and about 70 percent cuteness, 30 percent gremlin, and 100% ready to find a home.

Turkey is recovering from ringworm and a URI, so she will be foster to adopt, but that has not stopped her from drafting her five-year plan, which mostly involves becoming your tiny seasonal supervisor. She does zoomies like she is being paid overtime and then collapses into a cuddle puddle like she invented adoration.

Find her at our Santa Maria Campus and hire this delightful menace before someone else scoops her up. We are open for adoptions from 12 to 4:30 each day except Wednesdays.

Somewhere in the universe, a studio executive just greenlit a new coming of age adventure movie starring Bronson, and honestly, that feels like the right call.

Bronson is a one-year-old Pit Bull mix with a grin that looks like he is about to pitch you a questionable script that somehow every studio wants to pick up. He has lived with kids, built a solid network of canine colleagues, and approaches life with the confidence of someone who has absolutely faked their way into success.

He is ready to charm a new family, explore new places, and create the kind of memories that make people say things like, “How did this become my life?” in a mostly positive way.

Meet Bronson at our Santa Maria Campus. We are open for adoptions from 12 to 4:30 each day except Wednesdays.

Star is a four month old kitten at our Santa Barbara Campus, and he is proof that not everything bright has to be far away. While some stars exist only as light traveling through time, this one exists very much in the present, usually underfoot, on your lap, or staring thoughtfully at a wall for reasons known only to him.

He is gentle, curious, and quietly affectionate, still figuring out the shape of the world and his place in it. His days are spent testing gravity, observing small movements, and deciding that the best place to be is wherever you already are.

If you are looking for a kitten who shines without needing attention and prefers connection over spectacle, Star is ready to settle into your orbit.

Meet Star at our Santa Barbara Campus. We are open for adoptions from 12 to 4:30 PM every day except Wednesdays.
