Little birds go crazy for Super Bird Toys!
Blue and Sooty recently got an upgrade to their cage-top play area! A tulip poplar branch, the Orbiter, and a mix of toys make for some great #AvianEnrichment! These little birds love their Super Bird toys and the fact that most can be adapted for foraging with little pieces of millet! The Pickin’ Pocket is particularly popular with these feisty parrotlets!

'I wanted to also add that for the 26 years I’ve had birds collectively, working in the bird dept at a local pet store, and working with a bird toy/product distributor, Super Bird Creations tots have always been my favorite. Most of my bird toy purchases over the years are Super Bird. I love how genius and interesting they are for the birds and how fun they also are for us humans too when picking them out. SBC has been around for quite some time and you keep creating and making such fun stuff!'

Beak Grinding
Often when birds are about to fall asleep they gently move their upper and lower beaks in a side to side motion which produces a raspy sound. This is a behavior that should not be confused with teeth grinding in humans which is a sign of stress. To the contrary, when you hear your parrot grinding its beak, this is evidence of a comfortable, relaxed parrot!
