Horse owners! Have you ever wondered what's the best way to prepare for disaster for your horse? The American Association of Equine Practitioners has a free webinar this Thursday, August 8th, at 7pm for horse owners. Registration is required, but the webinar is totally free to any participants. We encourage you to take advantage of this great resource!

This Thursday (Aug. 8), join AAEP members Drs. Elizabeth Gorrell and Chelsea Folmar for a one-hour webinar discussing the essentials of disaster preparedness for horse owners. While staff is hard at work our kids are hard at play so we decided to have a little coloring contest. Each picture was colored by a staff members child. Help us have some fun and vote for you favorite. The picture with the most likes by July 19th will be our winner.

The 4th of July is coming fast and the fireworks have already started (as well as way too many storms). Keep those pets safe and comfortable. If your pets require prescription medications to help them please call today for refills. We will be closed from July 4th through the 7th so all medication refills must be called in by July 2nd to be picked up by July 3rd.

Each year after Thanksgiving we see an increase in vomiting and diarrhea in dogs. We know you love giving your pets special treats on holidays (and your family loves spoiling them as well). Here is a list of items that will limit the chances of your dog having an upset tummy. And remember even with safe treats moderation is very important.
