Meet Remus! He’s a 13 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback Mix & this is his first time boarding with us at Sleepy Hollow Pet Ranch! 🐶🥰 His parents describe him as a gentle, old soul & we couldn’t agree more! He’s signed up for Senior Stretches throughout the day to keep him up & moving 💪🏼🐶 There’s a special place in our hearts for our senior pets ❤️

We wanted to wish everybody a Happy Memorial Day & we hope everyone had a fun & safe weekend! 🧡Our kennel staff is working extra hard today to make sure all of our guests are happy, clean & cared for! We’ve had a full house since Friday & our employees have been working their butts off! ‼️Important Reminder Below‼️

We are CLOSED today & for all future major holidays! We open back up with regular hours tomorrow. Almost half of our guests are going home tomorrow & we want to remind our customers to please plan ahead of time for picking up your pet. We had a line almost down the street for pick ups & drop offs yesterday afternoon. Our receptionists work very hard to make the checking in & checking out process as quick as possible! If you arrive to people ahead of you, we ask that you please wait your turn & our receptionists will wave for you to come in when it’s your turn! We appreciate you all for your patience during busy times!

We are approaching our busiest times of the year with holidays & summer vacations so we have implemented a new rule regarding pick ups! We ask customers to please check your emails for our newest newsletter sent out this morning for more information!
Effective immediately Sleepy Hollow Pet Ranch will no longer be offering pick ups on Sunday mornings. You are still welcome to pick up on Sunday afternoons between 3:00-6:00 PM.
Keep in mind that if you have your dog bathed or groomed on a Sunday, for Sunday afternoon pick up, you will not be charged for that days boarding.
If there is no grooming, you will be charged for Sundays. You may pick up on Monday mornings between 7:00 AM & 10:00 AM for the same cost as picking up Sunday afternoon.

Please keep in mind when dropping off or picking up that we do only allow one family in the lobby at a time for the safety of your pets! This is why we ask you to please call before entering, so we can make sure the lobby is clear. If your call goes to voicemail, we ask that you please be patient and our receptionist will be with you as soon as they are able to! Also, it's always best to give yourself extra time when arriving, in case there are customers ahead of you! Our receptionists do their best to make the process as quick as possible, while still getting all the information necessary to properly care for your pets! We kindly ask for your patience during busy times!

During the solar eclipse, leave your pets indoors if possible! Not only could the sun damage their eyes, the abrupt change from light to dark can scare some animals. Many pets may react the same way as they would during a thunderstorm or fireworks display. Play if safe, and leave them inside if possible! 🐶🐱
