ISO WORKING STUDENT! Ideally across the summer months during our horse show season ( around -May -August). This is wonderful opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic to work with PRE horses. Will learn all aspects of managing a training and sales barn in California.
This job consists of extensive grooming (including - taking horses on and off the eurosizer, putting on Vitafloor, putting on ice boots, applying light therapy boots, blanketing, bathing, braiding, ect. ) lunging, some stall cleaning, some graining, and other barn basic chores.
We highly prefer someone who has riding experience, will be given the opportunity to clinic and even compete on DKF horses (dependent on experience/skill)
This is a salaried position with housing on property!
Language Requirements - ENGLISH OR SPANISH ONLY.
