Happy tails to our sweet friend Ollie! We have been grooming this boy for quite some time, he is always a joy to have! He's going to be moving out of state so we got to say our last goodbyes today :-) His mom sent him with his sweet gift, I think the thing I love the most about it are the tiny Polaroids she included! Especially the one of him as a puppy! Happy travels to you all :-) We sure will miss you.

The evenings are starting to get chilly! Oftentimes we see rain on the forecast and want to wait.
If you have an outside dog that you would like to bring inside to shield them from the rain and the cold, we encourage you to schedule an appointment with us. We can make sure they are cleaned up and ready to come indoors. Call or text us today. Hope to see you soon :-)

🎉🎉🎉 Celebration alert 🎉🎉🎉 Yesterday when saquito came to visit us We were given a handkerchief to put on him after his groom!!!! When one of our team members held it up, you can imagine the roar in the room! How exciting! I'm not fully back at work at all. But I happen to be in the right place at the right time. We took the opportunity to make this little video to celebrate with their family :-)

Hello to my little friend. Luna has been visiting us for years. Over the last year she has been a weekly frequent flyer so that means we get to see her every single week :-) I've been recovering from surgery and this morning my sister popped in with a visitor. It was a sweet reunion :-) counting down the days till I can be back with all the fur babies.

The more you know! Last week I took our new kittens to the veterinarian for a checkup and next round of vaccines. While I was there they let me know that the parvo virus is on a rampage right now. In 2 weeks time they had seen 10 cases of parvo. Vaccinations are so very important to protect your furry friends. If your animals are not vaccinated, please be sure to use all the resources around you. You can follow pages like @scar.pet and @ourneighborhoodpetproject for information on low-cost vaccinations. You can also follow Los Coches Animal hospital as well as King City veterinarian hospital. And don't forget about the VIP pet clinic that meets at Collier feed in Salinas! They are there every Saturday and every Sunday. Hours vary, so make sure you call callier feed first! Don't take the chance! Get your fur babies vaccinated!!

We met someone 😍 have you EVER met a dog and instantly fell in love?? Ugh!!! But good news, he's up for adoption with SCAR!!!

❤️❤️ trans-FUR-mation!❤️❤️ With each dog we learn. And with each dog we teach. From drab to fab The sweetest girl who is loved. *No rude comments will be tolerated. Families sometimes go through things. We are here to teach our community a better way, not to shame them. ❤️

Even BIG puppies get sleepy 🤣 Bishop is a big labradoodle who was newly adopted. He came in with LOTS of matting and was super wiggly so it took some time. He was soooo sleepy we just let him lay there. But he sure used my hands as a pillow 🤣 He's so sweet!
