y- We have a user-friendly software system in place. This makes it easy to know we have covered all the bases and provided the services you requested! We send a journal letting you know what happened during our visit if we have brought in your mail/package, watered your plants, or scooped a litter box. We use GPS tracking during our sitter’s visits should there ever be a question of where your pup’s adventure took them. Availability- We are always open! We don’t turn away appointments because it’s an inconvenient day or time. We prioritize the care and needs of our clients to be sure someone is always able to get there when you need us! Training and Knowledge-
Because this is our profession, we have taken the time to train and be prepared to handle any situation. We are dedicated to maintaining focus on your pets while they are in our care. That means not staring at or talking on our phones rather than interacting with your pets. Watching out for potential dangers on the ground or coming towards us, being able to see when we need to cross the street to avoid a potential hazard or unwanted interaction. That also means recognizing signs of distress and being able to prevent or aid if your pet had an emergency. Bonded and Insured- This is a big one. It means that all of us are protected in case anything beyond our control happens. We never anticipate an accident, but we have taken into careful consideration that things can happen.
