Owner Michelle Badger has more than 45 years of experience caring for pets. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Texas Tech University, where she majored in Pre-veterinary Medicine, with an emphasis in animal nutrition, genetics, and comparative anatomy & physiology. She has been a Registered Sanitarian since 1987, an Industrial Hygienist since 1992, a veterinary technician, a gr

oomer, and has held twelve other certifications in public health and in employee safety and health. Michelle has raised, trained, and shown AKC registered Siberian Huskies since 1981, and AKC Finnish Spitz since 2000. She has conducted junior handling classes and mentored youngsters who have been finalists at Westminster and the Eukanuba championship shows. Her first student was her daughter, Holly Leftwich, who went on to become a top all-breed handler, and the owner of Hollywood Handling (hollywood-handling.com). When you bring your furry friends to us, we treat and pamper them as our own by taking excellent care of them. Overall, our kennel facility is certainly the home away from home for a man's best friend, or the purrrfect temporary pad for your cool cat.
