May is Flea & Tick Awareness Month! These little bugs are actually a big deal- Not only are they bothersome to your pet, but they also carry nasty diseases that can affect us humans as well❗❗

Did you know we carry a variety of flea/tick preventatives?! We have options for cats & dogs of different sizes and ages. Just ask for our recommendations at your appointment! If we don't have what you're looking for, we have an online pharmacy ready to ship to your door!

We've created a list of FAQs to help your experience with us be as smooth as possible:

⭐️ Our website contains most of the information you need to know about having an appointment with us. There you will find our list of services, prices, and clinic policies. The link to schedule is at the top of every tab!

⭐️Take home pain medication and e-collars are not included in the price of surgery. These are highly recommended to get at your appointment! Yes, your pet will experience pain/inflammation for a few days following surgery. Yes, your pet will most likely try to lick at their incision and can cause some serious damage to themselves! The take home supplies typically make a better post-op experience for both the human and pet!

⭐️Vaccines can be administered at the time of surgery if needed. A rabies vaccine is required per GA law. Please note: If your pet is already current, a rabies collar tag is NOT considered as proof. A rabies certificate or invoice from a vet's office must be provided.

⭐️Appointment requests made by you are manually reviewed & approved by our team. You will receive an email with confirmation details once we approve the request! Requests for next-day appointments made after 5PM will not be approved.

⭐️If you do not see a certain date/location when requesting an appointment online, that means either we are booked that day OR your pet's weight is not accepted by our clinic. Dogs over 80 lbs. will NOT be accepted due to the size of our kennels and surgery table. If you falsify your pet's weight just to get an appointment, you will be turned away at drop-off and will lose your deposit fee.

⭐️Most importantly, please be patient with us! We are a small but dedicated team that work hard day to day to make sure each pet receives the care they deserve! We are not always available to answer phone calls/messages/emails, but we promise to respond as soon as possible!
