I understand if a horse has a medical concern with free feed and this tip is not for you then but it's a tip for in general your older or hard keeper or heavily in work horses.

Hey all, been meaning to post this but my farmer let me know his hay prices are going up on the 1st so I'm unfortunately going to have to raise my training prices then as well...not sure yet how much but it will be a minimum of $900 a month for full time training and could possibly be more depending on what the prices turn out to be. Thank you for understanding and your continued support!

Located in Maricopa AZ. Hawk is an intermediate to advanced level horse due to his scar tissue. Due to family issues his owner needs to find him a home. He's approximately 15h and stout. Walk trot only on flat ground sound only horse. Can not be kept in a stall, needs regular exercise due to the scar tissue and PEMF therapy.
The right home is a must for this boy! Can only be turned out with mares...he will not tolerate other guys. Consistently ridden only in a halter.

Luna is looking for a home due to the owner having some family issues. Luna is as sweet as they come. Been rode on trails by advanced riders only but used in lounge lessons and arena lessons by beginners and intermediate riders. Will go bridless if you know what you're doing. Well, these boys have landed in AZ and are settling in very well!

We are glad to have The Genuine Dude back home and he will be standing at stud here till late spring next year. He's by Genuine Doc and out of a Smokey Poco Dude daughter.

We are also absolutely thrilled to add Njord to the stallion line up and the show string line up! Njord is a red Norwegian Fjord stallion from Germany with an extensive show riding record over there and is here to get something in the western side of things. Njord is ONLY available to other approved registered Norwegian Fjord mares due to the registration requirements. Owned by Sunnyside Farms and Karin McCune.

We still have Brigg the grey Norwegian Fjord stallion here as well and finishing up his first show year by December on all 5 circuits. He is also ONLY available to other approved registered Norwegian Fjord mares due to the registration requirements. Owned by Sunnyside Farms

We love these boys and their temperament is amazing! Quiet enough for kids to handle but smart and athletic enough to go win the shows with advanced riders!

Ok I hate to make this post but it seems I have to...no I will not be saying any names at this point in time on public Facebook. I have blocked this person's account and phone number on my personal page however can not do so on my business page although I can not respond to her messages because they are blocked on my personal page. So I am going to post this reminder to them here where they can see it and let them know if they reach out to me again (they were told multiple times via text and family not to contact me again) I will be taking more legal measures.
THIS IS A BILL OF SALE...not a lease agreement. The horse was mine to keep, give back or find another appropriate situation for said horse. My choice! Not the seller's. Here is a picture of said BOS.
