Keller's Kats Rescue Inc. Keller's Kats Rescue, Inc. is a not for profit 501(c)(3) animal rescue organization. He was rescued by a volunteer that was determined to help save him.

We are a dedicated group working to find suitable homes for abandoned, lost, and surrendered animals in jeopardy of euthanasia in and around Rochester, NY. Keller is completely blind-- the result of an eye infection that was left untreated. He runs into walls, misses the couch when he attempts to jump on it, and thinks the water dish is a bathtub but we wouldn't want it any other way. Keller is pr

oof in miracles. Keller taught us a valuable lesson to never give up, never walk away--even when some people criticize your decision. Our supporters were our strength and guidance. We all--as a team--saved Keller that day and we will continue to save more every day for as long as we are able to. Keller's story has helped to save multiple animals from abuse and neglect. Gemelli is a bit of a shy girl still but will gladly snuggle next to you on the couch at the end of a long day. She’s not much for being picked up, but will slowly take over your lap to steal your attention away from anything else. Rotini is the tiniest of the litter, but don’t let her size fool you. She is a force of nature and a very playful kitten! She’ll snuggle up on the couch for a bit, but her favorite pastime is running toys of all kinds everywhere around the house. Ziti is a bit shy, but once he knows you, he loves back pets and follows the pack so he doesn’t get left out of lovin’ time. Seraphina comes from a big family - one of six outrageously cute kittens! She was always the shyest until she was the last one left - then lo and behold, she became the most loving and playful kitty of them all! She will play fetch with spring toys for as long as you can handle it. She loves pets and belly rubs and loves to sit next to you and watch birds on YouTube. She is a smart and beautiful girl who was waiting for her chance to shine. She is 5 months old.

Dobby is a sweetheart. He will greet whomever at the door. He loves the nooks and crannies and will climb up on your lap. Newt is still waiting on her forever home. She gets along very well with other cats and would do best in a home that has another cat friend for her to snuggle with. She likes laying near you or next to you and will not hesitate to tell you when you are being slow making her dinner. She loves to play with her jingle mouse and should only be allowed to play with strings while supervised. She is very loving and sweet and even tolerates belly scratches. Has not been exposed to small children or dogs. She is 2 and a half years old.

*About Brooklyn*
Brooklyn came to us severely malnourished. The vet said she was kept in a cage and was eating her own f***s. She had a severe wound on her leg that needed a surgical procedure to close it. With your donations, we were able to run tests to rule out any underlying health issues and get her the surgeries she needed. With her foster’s help, she learned to be more brave outside and more playful with her toys. Her personality blossomed every day. She was great with the kids in her foster home and thought the cats playing at night were an invite for her, too!! She expanded to being an equal opportunist for bed cuddles. Now she is a healthy weight, healed well, and a very happy dog!

Seymour is just one of the many animals we have helped this year that were sick, injured, or in need of extra attention. With your donations for medical attention, and a foster’s time and hard work, Seymour was able to keep his eyes, though he has limited vision.
