SNIPZ Inc. Low Cost Spay Neuter -Henderson KY SNIPZ,a federally registered nonprofit animal welfare agency, ran by unpaid volunteers. Registration hours are limited.

REGISTRATION/Scheduling process;
To schedule a spay/neuter appointment bring a $20 per pet cash down payment to our office during posted registration hours and complete a surgery consent form for each pet. (Can’t make the preregistration or KY residents out of Henderson County continue reading for mail in registration instructions.) The $20 non refundable downpayment is to secure your appointmen

t with the balance due after their spay/neuter procedure. Each day has limited appointments based on species and sex, and are scheduled (during preregistration) on a first come basis. Your pets appointment date/info and preop instructions are then provided in writing. (No need to bring your pet to registration unless it is a dog and you do not know his/her weight. An ACCURATE WEIGHT could mean the difference in a two week wait and a TWO MONTH wait)

Since our volunteers do not get paid and use scheduled time off from our paying jobs we don’t keep phone staff and normally coordinate the low cost spay/neuter just twice a month. Our next pre-registration will be Thursday October 6th from 7-9 AM. Please continue to read for other options. Unable to make it to in person registration? You can schedule an appt by mailing a MONEY ORDER down payment and attaching ALL contact and pet info. Include; species, weight if a dog, sex, approx age and rabies status. Incomplete info and personal checks will be returned unscheduled. Mailed/drop box requests will be processed on the next registration day. Our service is available to all KY residents.
