There have been more complaints about Seresto flea collars than anything else in ERPA history. The company has settled a class-action lawsuit.

I’ve used it with three dogs with great success. It’s a little bit of a voodoo test but has worked very well. Plus it’s much cheaper. It’s a DIY test. They send you a baggie with a card to fill out and a comb and some swabs. Swab their cheeks, comb some hair and put it all in the bag and mail it. In two weeks you get the results.

The foods and environmental stressors that they test for are intolerances, not necessarily full-blown allergies but they have a huge impact on their health. Intolerances can also affect their behavior

It’s been a very busy month at Love Your K9 with reactivity cases. Major successes for all owners but today I happened to remember to take a video. Wish I had taken a before video! Ten days ago Marley literally could not be in the same room or even occupy the driveway with me. He’s a good boy but he just suffers from fear and anxiety with people and dogs which made him react badly when they came near him. On top of that he would literally drag his owner down the street and at times nearly take her to the ground His owner is working hard with him and this is how she came to my house today because she lives very close. Very proud of all my clients and I’m glad to finally have remembered to videotape one of their successes Good boy Marley! There’s a whole wide world for you to explore with your owner now

One of our clients that we would like to brag about. Luis has worked his tail off (pun intended) with his dog Tsoko who was very reactive. Luis is an aspiring trainer himself and his ability to take what he’s learned and apply it shows. Good job to both Luis and Tsoko!

It’s always good to get the younger family members involved in dog training. Here is young Jetta with her first leash training session. What a great job her and her young handler did! Teaching leash skills and impulse control with young dogs is very important

A lot of people have been told electric collar training a dog makes them fearful and somehow damages them. Nothing could be further from the truth. Working with a trainer who knows what they’re doing will allow your dog to have an enriched life. And for some issues, such as getting on the counters and eating food that is deadly, it might even save their life. Don’t be afraid of tools. They are completely controlled by you. Here is Willow doing her fourth and final Ecollar session where she gets to fully be off leash. She is living her best life!
