We also want to note that ice is slippery for dogs too! They can slip and splay their legs which often leads to soft tissue/tendon strains/sprains.

We are thrilled to share that Paws & Claws Mobile Veterinary Service has been proudly serving the Madison community for 15 years, since 2009! Over the past five years, under new and current ownership, we’ve expanded both the range of services we provide—such as dental X-rays and treatments, in-clinic ultrasound and echocardiograms—as well as the areas we serve, including Sun Prairie, DeForest, Marshall (akaMadison's northeast corridor) thanks to the addition of a second clinic vehicle. We absolutely LOVE our unique role in veterinary care, supporting our furry family members and their devoted caretakers!

This Thanksgiving, we want to encourage you to take a walk with your dog or encourage play time with your feline. They will enjoy the attention and activity WITHOUT the potential hazards of stomach upset from your feast!

Paws & Claws will be closed on November 28th and November 29th. We will return to the clinic Monday December 2nd to address any concerns.
