So what’s next for our lesson program?
As Jason and Presley work their way to retirement, they have been showing two youngsters the ropes.
I am so grateful to have found not one, but 2 purebred Arabians who could easily pass as twins, to work their way into the lesson horse ranks.
Heiresistible SOF, lovingly referred to as
Henry🥰 is a 12 year old Arabian gelding, sired by the multi national champion Afires Heir. He has started his career as our advanced Saddleseat lesson horse. He has a few things to learn yet, but he has so much to offer!
Mr. Superiority, lovingly referred to as Super 🥰 is a 10 year old Arabian gelding, sired by national champion IXL Noble Express. Super has been on our farm for a few years proving his absolutely irreplaceable heart and genuinely kind disposition.
As I watch my prized old men age and slow down, it is amazing the similarities that Henry and Super have with Presley and Jason. I know for sure, that we have been blessed once again with the kind, gentle spirit of Arabian horses and in another ten years I pray that these two are still by my side making me laugh and teaching riders of all ages and skill levels how wonderful it is to be on the back of a horse 🖤

My two boys 🖤
10 years ago when I started this business - strictly training and selling horses, I had no idea that I would find my real passion, teaching the fundamentals of horsemanship with these two by my side.
I always had a nice lesson horse or two in the barn, one that was typically tough to bridle or catch in the pasture and a few that you could always count on for a good buck every now and again.
Never did I think I would be blessed with the kindness and consistency that these two share. I can always count on Presley to tell me how his rider is really feeling and meet them exactly where their strengths and weaknesses lie all while helping them out along the way. Jason is one that really teaches my students to ride. He is not going to walk OR trot without some serious effort put in and he definitely is not going to collect himself up or pick up the correct lead without the proper cues. Nothing comes from Jason for free!
It is hard to believe that Presley,Jason & I have been at it for 7 years together showing all riders of all ages the ropes of the horse world. I am so incredibly grateful for the opportunity to have these two in my barn and it is even more difficult to believe that they are 24 and 25 years old.
I am looking forward to the years ahead, slowing their work load and watching them live out their golden years. Here’s to the lesson horses 🖤

Everyone has been working hard around here

Once horse show season is over, I am quickly reminded how much I love and appreciate the grit and growth that takes place in the off season.

The time of year that we welcome new riders, first year riders graduate from newbie status and my veterans grind & hustle all winter long. So many things to be proud of! Hard work being, number one. 🖤
