Wow!!! Today is an exciting day for UCPS!!! Today we celebrate our 7th Anniversary!!

We have come a long way since 2/1/2018. With over 66,000 visits that include pet sitting, overnight care, dog walking, off-leash play, pet taxi services. We also have a state of the art, super clean and inviting grooming salon where we can groom both dogs AND cats! Not to mention our luxury cat resort for your beloved felines to enjoy when you travel.

My heartfelt THANK YOU to our amazing clients who have been loyal and loving. Many with us since the day we opened.
They have invited us into their homes and made us a part of their family. We have loved and lost over the years as their beloved pets have crossed the rainbow bridge. We have welcomed new puppies and watched them develop into amazing pets. I am so grateful for you.

They rallied, they supported me and they never complained about mom's crazy work schedule. They even have enjoyed meeting some amazing clients over the years and hopefully have learned about the sacrifices parents need to make to own a business. My love runs immensely deep; all encompassing for my boys. They are the reason for my smile, my passion and my happiness. Thank you C & R for your love and support.

We are doing an owner to owner adoption for 2 sibling Australian Labradoodles, Frank and Beans. Both are 2 years old and weigh about 25 lbs each. Frank is a confident and very friendly doodle with white hair and Bean, his sister, has brown hair and looked like a cocoa bean when she was a puppy. Bean is more cautious when meeting new people but warms up and shows her playful self pretty quickly. Both are fixed, up to date on vaccines, house trained and crate trained. The owner would like them to be adopted together so they can maintain their close bonds. They play really well together and entertain each other all day long. We continue to grow, and have added to our staff.......so I started opening up new client consultations. Some new clients waited for nearly 3 months to join the UCPS family. A little about us....

Lisa Hart (Owner) left Corporate America after 20+ years in the Financial Services Industry to pursue her passion. After calling on local veterinarians for 10 years for CareCredit, she was hooked on wanting to work with animals. Anyone that knows her, knows her passion for her dogs, most notably her long loved and missed, Colby. Prior experience with managing a local pet sitting company for 6 months, she decided to venture out on her own, knowing she could offer unmatched service.

Her business banking background and entrepreneurial spirit has lended itself to creating this exciting business where the clients are family and the pet care is paramount. Introducing new services such as private “Puppy Care” and ”Off-Leash Playtime” and “Transport Services”, something most single owner businesses can’t offer. In addition to the services offered, a streamlined scheduling portal allows her clients to easily register their pets, schedule services and pay online and is available on all mobile devices. Proving that this streamlined approach, coupled with the specialized services sets her apart from the others.

This is not a one-person gig. With the huge demand for excellent pet care, she couldn’t succeed without the help of her staff. Being able to juggle all of the clients, and ensure that top notch care is offered to each and every pet takes multiple people, and she is so grateful for her staff, who juggle their share of clients as well. Having a team means we don’t have to turn away last minute requests and also can offer vacationers pet coverage as well. We appreciate this opportunity to serve the Upper Cape towns and look forward to a long and successful adventure!
