With all the wet weather some of the horses had to come in. Though I would do a short video because this is the first time the coming 2 yr olds, Jade, Tie and Pharaoh, have been in a tie stall. They all did fantastic! So happy with how they are coming along. They are available to the right homes. Solomon, Ishmael, Finn and Zac are also available.
So did some trailer loading with the babies last week. They did great for first timers! I did a video of each on the 5th time getting in. Great babies all ready for their new partners if you know anyone looking.
This it Tie. She is an Arabian filly and will mature about 15hh

Ishmael #1 (lunging)
We are going to try a short ride today. First time in over a year that Ishmael has had a saddle on. This will be the first time I have rode him. The last time I was on a horse was over a year and a half ago. Just some lunging to make sure saddle fit is good and we both relax a bit.
Ishmael #2 (lunging)
Taking just a little more time to key down a bit. The next time we do a video we won't pause or stop it. It was done this time as we were talking and figuring things out yet. We didn't cut out anything purposely. I want Ishmael's new partner to know exactly how he is and his personality. I am looking to find the perfect lifetime match for them.
Ishmael #3 (lunging)
In this clip we are just doing some refreshing work. Making sure we remember walk, trot and especially woha. Ishmael does a fantastic job! I think we are ready to try a short ride.
Ishmael #4 (waiting for Tracy)
Ishmael stood so well for Dean while I went to get a mounting block (cooler). Just put some miles on this boy and he will be a rock star!
Ishmael #5 (mounting)
Here we are taking our time, touching and being sure to relax a bit. Danny, the trainer who started the boys didn't need a step stool to mount so that was completely new to Ishmael.
Ishmael #6 (riding)
This boy! He did so good!! He hasn't been ridden in over a year and does not have much saddle time on him at all. This is the first time I have ridden him.
So what u don't see, but probably can hear in my voice, I am totally nerved up. U can see me stop and just breath deep a couple of times Ishmael actually takes a deep breath to at least once. It helped both of us. My legs were shaking and that poor boy was handling me so well. I have been on a horse less than a dozen times in the past 10 years, since I hurt my back. The last time was summer 2022, so it's been a minute.
Sorry it got cut off at the end but I have had an awful cold and was holding back a coughing fit. Dean had to put the camera down and hold Ishmael so I could get off quickly before I started coughing while still on him. As well as he did I don't expect him to tolerate that yet.
ZAC 1
Zac is a 2021 bay Arabian standardbred cross colt. I expect him to mature at 16hh or more. Zac learns fast, he wants to please and be with people. This lunging video is the first time he has ever been lunged. Zac is a very confident, easy to handle colt. Zac will be ready to geld anytime and is not studdy at all. He loads, ties and good with farrier. For those of you that follow whorlology Zac has double side by side whorls.
