Bringing home baby chicks? Make sure you’re fully prepared with this must-have checklist for a happy, healthy flock!

✅ Brooder Setup – A safe, enclosed space like a plastic tote, stock tank, or brooder box to keep chicks warm and secure.

✅ Heat Source– A heat lamp or brooder plate to keep chicks at 95°F for the first week, lowering by 5°F each week.

✅ Chick Starter Feed – High-protein (18-20%) crumbles like Nutrena NatureWise Chick Starter to support strong growth and immunity.
