Here at Anthony's K-9 Academy we specialize in pet behavior modification training. Dogs are associative and circumstantial learners. They don’t premeditate or act out of spite.

For example… your dog doesn’t bark through the window, or pull on the leash because you let them on the couch or in the bed. They are two different circumstances. Your dog pulls on the leash or barks through the window because somewhere along the way you let them think it was ok to do that. Cheers 🍻

The idea that a prong collar is used to create pain in dog training and using pain to teach a dog something new is one of the most ignorant statements in all of dog training. Is also one of dog trainings biggest misconceptions.

If you hear this from a someone who claims be a professional dog trainer, run and don’t look back.
