We are having issues with our phones this morning. We are able to call out, but certain providers of digital and cellular service are unable to call in to the clinic. Land lines are able to call in to the clinic at this time and AT&T is functional. We are able to be contacted through the Otto app if you download it.

Diamond-M Veterinary Clinic will remain closed despite the emergency level being dropped. We have staff at the clinic to care for our hospitalized and boarding patients only.

If you have an emergency, please call the clinic and listen carefully to the answering service menu. The on call Doctor will return your call as soon as possible to discuss being seen on emergency basis.

Diamond-M Veterinary Clinic will remain closed today as Hardin County remains on a level 3 snow emergency. Our emergency line is available to leave a message for the doctor on call to call back and discuss your emergency status.

Please note, only one doctor is on call and emergencies are seen in order of call, so it may be some time before your call can be returned.

We will continue to monitor the snow emergency level and update our opening status later this morning.

The clinic will be closed today due to severe weather conditions. We will be seeing emergencies only. Please call the clinic if you have an emergency and follow the prompts on the answering service to get in contact with our emergency staff. Thank you and everyone be safe out there!

As of January 1st 2023, we will no longer be halving or quartering medications formulated in to tablets. Pill cutters will be available for purchase with your medications. Ohio pharmacy law prohibits us from changing the formation of a tablet which includes cutting them here at the clinic before they are picked up.

Miss Dixie went missing from her Bluffton area home on 11/4. If spotted, please contact us at 419-673-0426 so we can contact her parents. She is greatly missed! A reward is offered for her safe return.

Yesterday, we celebrated our awesome bosses on .
Our office manager, Emily, keeps us going, she's our mitochondria, and we couldn't do it without her.
Our practice owner, Dr Kearns, is comedic relief and a wealth of knowledge for all species great and small.
Our practice owner and head tech, Jina, keeps us on schedule, on task and keeps us positive. She keeps our practice fresh and progressive.

We are so thankful for our Bosses!
