Pet nutrition is very important. You can pay for a high quality food or you can pay for it in vet care as your pet ages.
Highly processed pet foods (kibble) contain chemicals called advanced glycation end products due to the way the kibble is cooked at a high temperature. It may taste great but triggers aging, inflammation, allergy & cancer. Knowing they are there helps us defeat their monstrous health consequences (cancer, arthritis, kidney and other diseases). A higher quality kibble, cooked dog food or if you’re so inclined to go raw are all much better than a cheaper highly processed dog food you find at the grocery store or the cheapest one at the pet store.
