Reacher Update. Thanks again to everyone who has chipped in with their love, vibes, naked garden dancing (patty, you know who you are) and generous give a lots to help us out here. No doubt this is annus horriblus for us but we still feel pretty lucky all around.

We met with Cardiologist and Reacher is doing well. His heart will remain in its wonky AFib rhythm (like trying to dance to jazz music) and his chest is clear of fluid so we are doing our best to protect his kidneys so tweaking some other meds. But all around the news is good. Next check up in 2 weeks.

Thanks again everyone. Now if we can just get Mark to respond as well to his new fancy immuno-meds we will be away and laughing.

Reacher started his day rekindling his bromance with Crosby and then had a lovely walk with Maxx and then back to Crosby

Happy 13th Birthday to our beloved and adored Duchess. Annie joined us as a three year old dog and is a constant source of delight and amusement with her aristocratic ways. She has seen and done a lot in her years, and has experienced with us great joy, sadness and many Sunday night roasts. We love you birthday girl.

We have some wonderful ambassadogs out there, but I think that this rag tag family of fur, sand, surf and squeaky toys has to take the cake. We love you guys and next life, we're coming back as your dogs! Thanks for the pics.

One Year Today since this little one came into the D-fa Family. The Duchess has accepted now that he is staying for good. Life With Dogs is So Good.

Rainy Day activity for your D-fa. Being a RR M'Lord did it for the treats, I am sure a Border Collie would do it for the stimulation, a German Shepherd to ensure there are no security risks underneath. The Duchess will not do it for any reason. She lets Reacher do the hard work, she shares the glory. It is beneath her to perform tricks for treats.

It is not every day we get asked to add a cape to a sub-woofer for a motorcycling, soccer loving Jack Russell. But today is not just an everyday day. And of course it ended in me being knocked over.

Demon is back in action in the last of the snow in Utah. He's snow testing the sub-woofer ... just to make sure it's better than Husky Fur.

Itasca NZ Sled Dog Team

From our visit to the Itasca Sled Dog team in northern Minnesota. These guys are great, and tough, and we love them especially for the way they LOVE their dogs, all 39 of them. I'm no Peter Jackson, so I used Michael to make up for it.
