Luna (now Lexi) has officially been adopted into a new and loving home! Her timing coming back to us could not be worse. We have had a tragic couple of weeks in our family, but a kind family helped us with her training. Families that surrender dogs don’t always realize the amount of time and effort it takes to rehome the dogs they couldn’t treat correctly. We know it’s part of the job to take dogs back sometimes and we know sometimes rehoming isn’t preventable, but often the dogs we get back aren’t in the best of shape and that breaks our hearts. Thankfully Lexi has a new start.
