It’s time for our round two tribute to some of our long timers! We really want to get all these boys and girls home for the holidays. They have seen their friends come and go and they are still waiting patiently. They are limited in what they can do but are all worthy of love and attention and will return it in kind. All are good to work with and will acclimate to your farm quickly. Give these guys and girls a look and see what you think. All posted adoption fees are reduced by half through 12/31/24.

5 yo 16.2 hh gelding who is sound and ready to get back to work. He does have an old injury that involved the ligament running across his knee but this is no longer an issue.
He is a gentle gelding that was well behaved when being introduced to a herd of geldings. Big and fancy, he should be suitable for any discipline. Our vet will assess him on Thursday and will be ready to go!

Birdie is majestic older mare that is looking for career number 3. She is a pleasure to be around and will bring a smile to your face each day. She seems to adapt quickly to new surroundings and we were told she was pastured with mini horses in her prior home without issue. She doesn’t mind being in a stall or out 24/7. She is willing under saddle and has a lovely way of going

CAT is a lovely horse to work with and ride. Intelligent and willing under saddle he does what is asked of him and has a nice way of going. He will need an intermediate and up type rider. He is suitable for any discipline

16.1 plus hands. He last worked on 5/10/24 and never raced. We were not told of any injuries, but the trainer did state he would get pressure in his fetlocks.

Z is a lovely horse to work with. He does need some rehab before he can get back to work but once properly healed, he should be good for any use.

Denny has had some retraining by his previous owner and will be best suited for use on the flat. He is sound and ready to go! A gentleman under saddle and on the ground, he will make a sure footed partner for his new person. All horse listed adoption fees will be reduced by half through 12/31/24

URONCILLO and MYOPIC
spent some time together in the arena and on a short farm hack. Both were well behaved and didn’t react to the other being near by. Both were relaxed and didn’t mind the cold and wind when outside. Videos in stories.

The longtimer’s club-
These fine fellows have been with us anywhere from 4-18 months. GARRICK

GARRICK is the perfect trail horse and also has the build and temperatent for a husband horse. Kind and willing- he will go out alone and with others. He can lead or follow. Doesn’t seem to react to much of anything. Today’s ride was filled with lawnmowers, weedwhackers and tree cutters and he didn’t react at all. All fees are reduced by half through the end of the year as an extra bonus to a really nice horse!
