We are sorry for the lack of updates, but we've been quite busy! Since you've last heard from us, we have been all over the East Coast. On our petsitting journeys, we have travelled as far south as Savannah, GA, and as far west as Nashville, TN. To name a few places where we have watched pets since February:

Lexington, KY
Washington D.C.

Our first week back on the job after the holidays, we traveled to McLean, Virginia to watch Abby (the terrier with a big black splotch on her face) and Latte (the smaller one colored like milky coffee). Abby is the older of the two, and she loves to play fetch until your arm hurts! Latte is the younger and more energetic of the duo, always so excited for every new moment.

McLean is located right outside Washington D.C. We look forward to returning to the area once it is no longer 15F outside 😅

Just as a heads up to those considering our services, Oak and Olive Pet Sitting is already booked up to June! We do have a short gap of availability from March 16-31st.

We have people reaching out to us asking about dates in September and October. If you are interested in our services, we will need a several month heads up!

We appreciate your understanding and are so grateful our services are in such high demand!

Another perfect review for Oak and Olive! We watched Georgia for about a week in Red Hook, NY (Midstate, not the Red Hook in Brooklyn!). It is a beautiful area and we made sure to bring her on all of our adventures!

Hey everyone! I'm Olivia Cantalupo. I was born and raised in a small town in south-central Pennsylvania. I've always had a love for animals and throughout my childhood I wanted to become a veterinarian. I graduated cm laude from Nova Southeastern University in 2023 with 2 B.S. degrees in Marine Biology and Biology. I'm on track to begin veterinary school in 2025.

I've owned pets for as long as I can remember and starting in high school I began watching other people's pets too. Growing up I had dogs, cats, fish, rodents, and a snake. I have a multitude of experience taking care of dogs and cats of all sizes and ages, as well as poultry, reptiles, tarantulas, and more.

I am incredibly passionate about animals and I have worked in the veterinary field for three years. I was the president of my university's Pre-Veterinary Club and have volunteered with animals in many different settings. I am confident in my ability to handle pets with special needs/medications and aggressive or shy pets.

I look forward to hearing from you and meeting you and your pets.

Hi, I'm Joseph Dubner, but you can call me Joe! 🌿 Born and raised in New City, New York, I've always had a deep connection with nature. From earning the rank of Eagle Scout to diving into marine biogeochemistry at Nova Southeastern University, my journey has been filled with incredible experiences.

I graduated from Nova Southeastern University in May 2023 with honors, holding a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Marine Biology as well as a minor in Research Studies. Along the way, I met Olivia in our shared classes, and our friendship blossomed into the love that brought us to this exciting venture—pet-sitting! 🐾

Olivia's brilliant idea has us caring for all kinds of pets, from dogs and cats to reptiles, fish, and even fungi! We can't wait to share our passion for animals and the outdoors with you. 🌍✨

Joe and Olivia are 22-year-old partners in life and pet-sitting. Joe is from suburban New City, New York and Olivia is from a small town in south-central Pennsylvania, Hanover. We both grew up around various animals and shared a love of nature. We met at Nova Southeastern University, our alma mater in Fort Lauderdale, FL. We both graduated with Bachelors of Science in Biology and Marine Biology in May 2023. Now Olivia works as a remote medical scribe and Joe works as a remote tutor. On top of these jobs, we work as traveling petsitters, journeying across the United States and taking care of furry, scaly, and feathery friends!
