Teaching a youngster about loading horses and making sure this mare loads easily before it’s actually the morning of a show and that there’s more to riding/owning horses than just riding. Both had a great day of lessons.

Sure is some good looking “cow” hay. Baling rounds of coastal cow hay and horse hay out of different fields tomorrow, midday Sunday. Located in Vanceboro not far from Yoders. Cheaper out the field than the barn.

We have one opening for pasture board. Pastures stay relatively dry. Each pasture has a shelter. 120 x 110 lit riding ring, round pen, and an area with obstacles. We feed grain twice a day, nutrena feeds, beet pulp and/or Timothy/alfalfa pellets depending on the horses diet. Coastal Bermuda Hay as needed. This is not self-care. English or western riders are welcome. We are a working farm. Owners live on site. No drama. Must have current Coggins and be up-to-date on vaccinations.
