Sugar And Spice Hedgies I am a small scale breeder of Hedgehogs. My hedgehogs are pedigreed and bred for their sweet temperament. A wait list is available for certain colors.

I say this every year and feel awful like I’m pressuring sales. I typically do not have babies available outside the Priority List. This is particularly true during Christmas time as a hedgehog does require planning.

Currently, the Priority List for the last babies of 2024 is open. I will be posting photos of the parents in the next couple weeks, but I’m super excited based on who I’m considering. The upcoming pairs are some of my favorite and most genetically diverse adults.

A first time ever, all three babies born to a mom were female. These girls are all very sweet already with beauty to match. While these cuties are already reserved, there are spots available on the Priority List through the end of 2024.

It’s been a bit of a rough patch for my breeding program with babies. I was so excited to find a mom with babies in nest on my morning check.

My hedgehogs are my passion and I’m always so very grateful when I have babies to love on and share with others.

On a personal note - I was making cages and managed to get some of the wire embedded in my finger without knowing it (photo 👇🏻). Had a little minor surgery and on the mend.
