We are a registered 501(c)3.We help neglected, at risk and homeless equines , one soul at a time. It is our mission to help equines in need.
Every year over 150,000 thousand US equines are sent to slaughter in Mexico and Canada. These poor unfortunate souls are crammed into trailers , old , young , sick , injured , and trucked for days to face a barbaric death. This group was founded to help find homes for , network , and fundraise for these deserving horses , mules and donkeys. Our goal is to give a voice to the voiceless. No other an
imal in history has provided such servitude to man. It is our duty to take care of these beautiful , smart animals. Please join our fight , help educate , and help us , help them.

having his damaged eye removed and got to go back out in the pasture with his herd of minis and ponies.

Update on UNO - We Need Your Support
UNO, the timid pony with an injured eye, arrived at our rescue in May. Since then, Daisy and volunteers like have been doting on him daily, helping him to gain trust with humans. UNO is starting to believe in the process, and we believe this pony will become one of those cute, in-your-pocket ponies that everyone wishes they had.🦄
UNO’s severe eye injury was caused by trauma or disease. After careful examination, our vet has recommended that the best course of action for UNO is to undergo eye removal surgery. Without the surgery, he will be susceptible to pain and/or potential infection. The cost of this procedure is approximately $2,000.
As a small rescue organization, our resources are limited, and we are reaching out to our community for support. Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a significant difference and bring us closer to covering the cost of UNO's surgery.

On May 15th we returned to the killpen and picked up a third horse after picking up two the day before. This is not usually how we roll!! Three horses in two days is a lot and has turned my world a bit upside down🙃 but I would not change a thing!
When the 7 month old stud c**t was brought to our attention we decided to bring in a pony as his companion and after watching the killpen page a kind looking palomino mare seemed destined for slaughter. No one was reaching out to help her and knowing the horrible end she would meet a quick decision was made to return and pick her up.
INTRODUCING GEORGIA!!!
This mare is approx. 18 years old and is kind and gentle lady. We will be excited to post updates on her as she continues to gain weight and we see how she rides. This sweet girl will walk up to you and give you the sweetest nuzzle. Stayed tuned for lots of pictures and updates! Maybe Georgia can share her sweet nuzzles with you🥰

Update!!📣📣
It has been one week since our rescue picked up Wallace and UNO (formerly Adam & Mateo) and brought them from the killpen to their foster home. It has been challenging on some fronts but over both are doing great!!! We have a solid feeding routine and with the help of donated round pen panels I can catch Uno. Wallace will take more time and patience but that’s ok!! Thank you to all that have donated 💰💰

We saved these beautiful souls today!! Lots of updates coming as these two receive vet care, proper nutrition and anything they will need to be healthy and happy! Wallace (formerly Adam) and Uno (formerly Mateo) will be looking for their perfect, forever homes in the future💕💕

Donations help the rescue world go round! 🌎🐎
Willow is wearing an adorable leather halter that was donated to us and looks so cute in her glamour shots. A local dressage barn did some cleaning and donated lots of things last week that will be sorted through to determine what we can use now or what we will sell and The Equestrian Exchange spring event.
We absolutely love donations so please contact us if you have things you no longer need!

Willow has been progressing well with training and has become much more comfortable with every day activities. She has learned to stand quietly while tied, is no longer scared of bath day and has accepted wearing a saddle with no issues. We have run into a hiccup and found she genuinely does not like to track to the right and acts out with bucks, kicks and a strong will to reverse directions. While tracking to the left Willow is a very content young horse. She seems to have some weakness in her right rear stifle but not enough to create all the drama she displays leaving us to believe it’s just a young horse needing more time with groundwork and patience. Our wonderful trainer spent about an hour with Willow in order to help me understand more thoroughly what our training path needs to be. Overall we are very pleased with Willow!! 🌺

Willow came back to her foster home for some groundwork and potentially to start riding and here are some of her adorable pictures. She is a very quick learner and progressing easily with each training session. We will definitely be posting more pictures of this cute girl!!

Yesterday we said goodbye to Letty. Her health issues were to great and the decision was made to humanely euthanize her.
Letty’s previous owner spent the last several days at the foster farm just sitting in the paddock letting the horse know she was loved. It is unusual for the surrendering owner to be involved but in this case it was the right thing to do. Letty’s owner had fallen into uncertain times and couldn’t financially provide care but that did not mean her heart was not with this horse. This person stood with Letty until her final breath.
Compassion was the word that entered my mind over and over again as the afternoon unfolded.
As a rescue we wish to share this story and help educate about the process of humanely euthanizing horses. We want to see less horses dumped at sales or simply abandoned and help owners make this tough, but very necessary decision.

Letty update
After consulting with 3 different veterinarians we have made the very difficult decision to humanely euthanize Letty. The growths on her head present so many issues that it is not in her best interest to proceed with any treatment. One of the main concerns is the fact that the growths will grow back in a few months or up to a year but they will return and each time they would have to be surgically removed. We appreciate everyone’s advice and donations.

We’re thrilled to share that Uno’s surgery was a success, and he is back at the barn! According to the vet, he was calm and well-behaved throughout the entire process. Daisy has been changing his bandages daily. Although he’s not the biggest fan of this, Uno is proving to be quite the trooper. Daisy has also been working with him on the lunge line to help him adjust to his vision change, and he’s handling it remarkably well. Horses with one eye can lead very successful lives, and we’re confident Uno will be no exception.
Look who's playing with the big boys now! Just a few months ago, this little guy arrived at the rescue unhandled. Now, he is accepting the halter and learning to lead. The other day, Ella gave him his first bath! Wallace is extremely sweet, very curious, and gentle. We believe he is a quarter horse or at least predominantly quarter horse, and will make someone a nice trail or ranch horse. Stay tuned for more updates on this cute colt.
In May, Daisy Trull rescued Wallace from a killpen. This poor little guy has been scared of humans ever since. But today, this brave young lady is starting to break down those barriers and gain Wallace's trust. After all, nothing makes a horse happier than the love of a little girl. Thank you, Illa, for helping to heal Wallace's heart.
Exciting news! Georgia is on test with a potential new home, and we couldn't be happier for her and this wonderful family. Our mission is always to ensure the perfect match between horses and their new families, creating safe and lasting bonds. So far, things are looking very promising for Georgia and her potential forever home! Thanks Daisy Trull for your commitment to our rescue horses. 🌟🏡🐴
UNO Update! Despite Daisy's extensive horse knowledge and patience, UNO is still hesitant to engage. You can see he wants to, but his uncertainty holds him back. It's clear he's endured a troubled past. UNO suffers from a severe eye injury, and after an examination, the vet recommends its removal for his well-being. We are immensely grateful for the contributions we've received for our rescue horses. The horse community is generous and thoughtful, forming a supportive team. As we face more upcoming vet bills, your continued support is greatly appreciated. Thank you for all you do!

Both Willow and Letty had not been on grass at their previous home so they were allowed to graze in small increments to allow their systems to adjust properly over a couple of weeks .
First day with new hair style!

It’s really amazing how well blind horses navigate their space. Once Snowball was in his environment for a couple of days he very rarely bumped into trees, his shelter or the fence.
